The best hotel in Caracas. We were there for 5 nights. The location is very central with lots of restaurants and shops all around. The gym is well equiped with machines and free weights. The hamburger in the restaurant is delicious!

Very nice place in an strategic location in the heart of Caracas. Strong Covid-19 protocols, clean rooms and polite staff. It border on the high side price, but the quality of services and food was excellent.

I lived in this hotel for 26 months. The staff were wonderful and I have very fond memories of my time there, especially given all that was going on around us.

The hotel is nice and well located. It's kept in good shape unlike other hotels. What killed my stay there was that we had no TV service and that's unacceptable. To make it worst there was nos information or updates no letters and no apologies. In fact they wanted to charge me some additional fees at check out which I did not pay. I will be send a letter to Marriott to complain.

Good location. However, there is no change for US dollars, or any currency. Suggestion. Only credit card. Reservations online are useless even if warranted. They collect the local highest tariff. Difficult to discuss with crew, they resolve nothing. Make Up room from 7am. Suggestion: use privacy all the time .

Friendly staff with good level of English. Very restful stay. Food in the restaurant is also good.

rooms have paper thin walls. a lot of times you can hear men with their "women" having .ex until 4am this hotel is not for families recommended for business men
