ゲーセンのみ利用。 10円のクレーンゲームがあって子供を遊ばせるのにいいです。 100円のクレーンゲームは種類は多いけど、そんなに心惹かれるものはなかったです。 唯一、欲しいと思ったものをやってみましたが、設定が厳しかったです。某イオン内のゲーセンでは、1000円で何個か取れるけど、ここは2000円くらい使っても取れる気配なし。 景品獲得してる人はいたので、技術があれば取れるのでしょうが… 攻略動画が出回ってるので、店側も対策してるんだろうなぁと思いました。なかなか攻略動画のようには取れないです。 ゲーセンだけなら、わざわざここじゃなくてもな、って感じです。

Awful service. Ruined my trip to sendai. I live in Japan with minimal Japanese and I was made to feel stupid and was spoken to in Japanese despite my obvious lack of knowledge till I was on the point of tears/breakdown. No effort was made to try to explain to me by translate or signing out. They just laughed at my misery.

Great place for bowling or games.

Even though it's Sunday, the reception on the second floor is run by a young monk clerk. In the first place, I don't understand the nerve to neglect the customers who were first in line and go to the customers after them. I'm disappointed in the store staff who can't even judge priorities. The settings for the medal game are too bad. Especially FT5. Coupled with one of the lowest field payouts in the prefecture, it's not the medals that are accumulated inside the funeral, but the stress.

The customer service and content are the worst.

クレーンの制限がキツすぎて、ワクワク感がなさすぎる。取れないだろって台もあって、そういうので経営してるのかなとイメージしてしまう。

I paid 10,000 yen for all-you-can-throw and ended up playing 5 games, so it was a rip-off. I think you should reconsider that aspect.

It was open late at night so while we stayed in Sendai we visited for an hour or so. They have crane games, casino type games, rhythm games etc. some new but not all. smelled like cigarettes but they are prohibited so what can I say. staff was attentive!
