Admission
is
free.
The
parking
lot
was
100
yen
for
the
first
hour
and
100
yen
for
the
next
30
minutes,
and
although
it
was
a
weekday
afternoon,
it
was
about
70%
full,
probably
because
the
weather
was
nice.
As
you
enter
the
park,
you
will
see
a
garden
with
beautiful
flowers
planted
everywhere,
and
everyone
can
take
a
walk
or
relax
on
the
lawn.
There
are
many
hikers,
and
it
feels
small
compared
to
the
width
of
Kozan
Forest
Park,
but
there
are
many
places
to
see.If
you
go
down
the
mountain
path
after
going
down
the
garden,
you
will
see
a
pond
and
huge
stones,
and
if
you
go
up
to
the
right
on
the
way,
you
will
see
an
observation
deck.
On
the
other
hand,
if
you
head
up
the
mountain,
you
can
go
up
from
Kitayama
Reservoir
to
Mt.
Kosan,
so
you
can
easily
enjoy
hiking.
Also,
be
sure
to
check
out
the
Kitayama
Sanso
and
the
facility
modeled
after
the
Orchid
Pavilion
where
the
calligrapher
Wang
Xizhi
held
a
melodious
water
banquet
(partially
under
repair?),
which
is
named
after
the
Chinese
city
that
has
friendly
relations
with
Nishinomiya
City.
