Avoid this pathetic hotel at any cost. I would not stay here again even if it was free. Horrible experience checking-in to the hotel. I was trying to check-in to the hotel at 6PM and had to wait because some others guests didn't checkout. And most importantly horrible rooms, which had so much dust and there were no curtains.

Quality of rice in the thali / lunch plates is good. Ambience is neat & tidy, but the AC cooling was not good enough. They should keep it to a cooler setting. Overall a good place for rice & thalis. The curries & dal wa sokay, but the curd & sweet /dessert & fry curry given in thali was good and tasty. Will give 4 out of 5 rating.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant that left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. The management was rude and seemed to be judging my appearance, making me feel uncomfortable from the moment I arrived. I was also surprised to find that the restaurant was not couple-friendly, as the staff seemed to be more interested in catering to larger groups. This made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. Despite its name, I found no evidence of international standards at this restaurant. The food was mediocre at best, and it seemed like the same oil was being reused repeatedly for all the dishes. This made the food taste stale and unappetizing. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The combination of poor management, rude staff, and lackluster food make it a place to avoid.

The Biryani was very Bad, No taste, just spicy , its full of Red chilli poweder. The Basmati rie low quality, its a broken rice.

Hi today I visited restaurant at 2pm I given order food. But food is very bad qualities. Also SERVICS is very slowly I wanting at 1:10 mints at restaurants Water bottle there are charging Rs 35. But normally our side at 20 rupees. I completed about water bottle why are charging 35 rs. after there are change amount. Given me 20 rupees. Also I am asking chiken loleepop there told me no stock. That time at 2:30 pm.

A family comes from long distance but disaster as they wanted with same address Aadhars and names. 1. We may not change Aadhars address after marriage . 2. Present generation ladies wants their fathers name behind instead of husband names. We understand your security process But customers are good mostly. Went for lunch. Good thali and service. Equally good were the Aloo Paratha. Decent ambience.

I had a very good time here. The people at the reception are very polite, humble and ever ready to help. Rooms The rooms are spacious but are showing signs of ageing. I request the management to give a makeover to the rooms. The furniture, light fixtures, faucets, everything needs replacement. But overall the bed was comfortable. Water in the tap was with good pressure and adequate option of temperature control. Restaurant There is a complementary breakfast. And the food is very tasty, the restaurant is very spacious, there was no overcrowding. The service is prompt, the waiters are polite. Overall i will recommend this place for anyone who can do with the ageing interiors. I assure you the humility of the staff will make you forget about the shortcomings of the rooms

Its ridiculous looking at the good reviews here. We stayed for one night and that is a nightmare experience. The rooms are filled with smoked cigarettes and the smell was hell. The sheets are filled with foul smell and when we asked to change them they took forever to change and the new sheets smell like sweat worst sweat smell.The service was the worst, we had food in the restaurant and all of us had food poison. The service was worst, i can repeat this million times.

Maintenance of room, wash room is nasty and pathetic. Condition of Beds, towels aren't clean. Central AC is not working properly though it was attend by the Technician after remaining thrice. The charge for hotel stay per day is Rs. 2800/- is not worth and food is not good. Overall it's not worth to stay and have a glance for the neatness when you see the reception counter. For namesake only it's International.

Let me share with you my experience at this hotel in Nizamabad. My plan was to visit Nizamabad in between dates 31st August to 6 th sept but as I had some prior commitments in Hyderabad on 31st I was not able to visit Nizamabad in 31st hence I reached on 1st. To be sure about my booking I called the hotel beforehand on the number mentioned in the photographs shared by the owner for booking. I called and asked about the usual tariff and other things about the hotel but the guy on the other side was not polite at all. He said ki you come and we will discuss. As I had plans to stay for 5/6 days hence I was sceptical to arrive directly at the property. Since I had no choice I finally arrived at the hotel on 01st sept inquired about the room and checked in. Counter staff said you need to vacate the room on 02nd sept as the hotel is booked I said we will see later you please book for today. I requested for extension upto 06 th sept they obliged. After I checked in the room the room came with a luxury soap and towel alongwith complementary breakfast and water bottle The rooms were beautifully decorated with intricate designs and vibrant colors that truly captured the essence of Nizamabad. The bed was also comfortable. On the bedside they provided with a guide to prominent places in Nizamabad. Now let's talk about the food, food was good. The room tariff included complementary breakfast . Breakfast was monotonous no change whatsoever in the menu same old same old everyday.. The hotel is located around 1 km from the bus stand. I stayed in room 320 which was the last room on the 3rd floor. Overall, this hotel is good to stay in Nizamabad if you are looking for a quick stay of 3-4 days and staying over that may be overstretch and may be hectic as the hotel is always full with wedding guests.

The guy is sitting in the desk in reception is looting ppl he took lots of money from us but not even given a recite after asking. behavior is very rood with guests he dont have no manors of behavior with ladies very bad experience

The hotel was good but if we compare it with cost I find it a bit not in sync with. Rooms were not in best condition. Service was average. Morning free buffet was nice. Location is good. They have charged me for extra bed but they have not given the bed. They say that for extra person you have to give money extra even if bed is provided or not.

He don't know anything about dishes and salads, worst management and worst staff, his asking tips and if we are not giving tips his looks very terrific and pathatic behaviour. Management should change the staff, kindly bring honest people to your bar with out any hesitation.

Very nice hotel, absolutely affordable at a prime location. N theatre is just behind it. So ,on a business trip after work, a good way to relax. Rooms are done beautifully and staff is well trained

Hotel rooms are spacious, specially the room's facing the main road, but sometimes the hot water is unavailable, there are no exhaust fans in the washroom hence bit of stinking smell always in the room. Breakfast is complimentary and food is also tasty.

This is one of the very well known hotels in Nizamabad which is also located in a prime location with access to many places nearby. The food in this hotel is good and the rooms are ok but the charge is a bit on the higher side considering the cost of living in Nizamabad.

Room was OK but bathroom was very small and not with much facilities and also not very clean. But service people were very good. Food us also good in taste and quantity. Fine for a day stay.

The location was very convenient to go any chosen place from there as it's located on main road connecting to Hyderabad. The rooms are good and services are excellent from the management. The restaurant is too good for a vegetarian as veg and non-veg sections are separated. Enjoyed free breakfast for 4-days as complementary item. The breakfast , served in different varieties, is delicious and tasty. Venu multi-plex is located inside the complex and no need to go elsewhere for the entertainment. PVR cinemas is available within the complex.

Absolutely dirty room they gave me as a need of hour i took it no WiFi they only provide wifi on mobile they charge me 7500 for three days but no good service. Multiple reminders these guys are cheaters i strongly recommend no to this hotel i paid already so i need to stay as i was compelled do not opt this hotel they are frauds. Hotel manager worst

IT WAS AMAZING the service was excellent the rooms were spacious and well-maintained the complementry breakfast was good the food was fantastic the bathrooms was clean if you ever come to nizamabad, this is the best budget hotel you can find (venu mall is a walk away and i would recommend the chicken 65 and chicken wings)
