Alhmdulilah we as a parents of a 5 yrs boy we started and join our son, after testing kids abilities and listening skills Alhmdulilah sir(master Abdullah Farooqi) had started the classes now after continuing 1 and half year we had experienced many skills development Alhmdulilah to our son, the boy Alhmdulilah 7 years is now confident and more sensible thanks&regards to the academy, master Abdullah Farooqi sir and also the seniors and subordinates of the academy is very friendly and carefull to kids, and I also thankfull and congratulates the seniors, subordinates for well maintained behavior to all students with out any discrimination to kids. 🥋 TAEKWONDO 🥋truly is a wonderful martial art to practice and a big reason for that is it is a great form of exercise. This is a fighting sport that can make you better focused,and help in many situations,Its teach you discipline and respect, make you stronger, more flexible, and more healthy too.

Each class is a perfect combo of stretches, martial art, self defense and some cardio burst exercise. Every week the combo changes. I never left class without sweating. Most of the students are practicing for 8+ years, which itself explains the quality of class. I have been practicing with TMAA since 2010. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good martial arts and/or self defense. speaking about the kids class, what I observed, kids are well motivated, taught discipline, respect and much more. It's more like a school for kids, with close supervision and feedback to parents.

Mashallah It is a very great self-defence academy with great experienced Master, Club, Equipments, and disciplined Coaches who help to develop discipline, respect, manners and punctuality along the Master. May Allah bless them and Grant them with a high level of success.
