    The perfect place to learn yoga I Have joined here with my spouse, the trainer is professional and have a lot of patience. He guided how we can make a perfect postures as well as to concentrate on our gaze while doing yoga. If we do any mistakes in a posture he make us realise our mistakes ourselves only so that next time we don’t repeat same mistakes again. After training he regularly in touch with us and takes a update on our daily yoga practices. Apart from yoga training he guided us on our daily routines too like what to eat and how to eat to maintain good and healthy life.. There is a pleasant atmosphere in studio, we feel cool and relaxed. It is AC yoga studio and the trainer maintains the right temperature in studio.

    Learning Angamardana at Joy’N’ Yoga during our trip to India was the best decision we took. My husband and I went together to learn Angamardana from Isha teacher Pradeep. We opted for a private class because of the time constraints we had. The studio is spacious and had a positive aura, perfect for an early morning yoga session. Our teacher Pradeep ensured that we learn the postures correctly so we have no pain but instead get the maximum benefit from Anagamardana. He constantly encouraged us while also pushing our limits little by little. He took care of minute details like where our gaze is, how our neck is positioned etc., It is because of him that I have not experienced any pain or soreness after the practice. I have sciatica for a decade now which flares up every time I try a new exercise routine. This is the first time when I haven’t even though Angamardana is a somewhat high intensity practice, all thanks to our teacher for ensuring we did the postures correctly. It’s been a week since we are practicing and my husband and I can’t wait to continue for months to come.

    I have joined this Hatha yoga with one of my friend's reference at Joy N Yoga.. with interest and belief on the power of Yoga I have joined here. At Joy N Yoga ,ambiance is very peaceful,Serene and joyful. I am continuing practicing the Surya kriya regularly to get peacefulness and relieving stress. Overall it was great experience than earlier regular yoga classes which I attended earlier.. Thank you

    We learned Angamardhana from Joy n Yoga. The practice itself is an all inclusive yoga to strengthen both the body and the mind. Pradeep took great care in ensuring we learned all the postures correctly within the 5 class private session. The studio’s atmosphere will definitely bring certain calmness and peace during the practice…excited to continue the practice long term with Pradeep’s guidance

    Currently learning Angamardana from this studio. The teacher is patient and gives instructions and temporary modifications as per your capability and so as to not strain you. Keeps encouraging you to do more, slowly and gently. The Studio itself has a soothing ambience, well suited for the sadhana.

    I joined joy N yoga studio few days back. I told the trainer about what I was exactly looking for and expecting from the yoga classes. He recommended angamardana practice for me. It was a 5 day training program. Trainer was patient enough to teach the postures. He explained all the postures in detail and how to do them correctly and also told the corrections. He told the benefits of the practice and also explained in detail of having an healthy diet. The studio was very peaceful and calm. I'm fortunate and also glad to have come across this yoga studio.

    Great teaching and monitoring. I brought my kid here for Suryashakthi program . Anna here offered me to do corrections of my sadhana as well. My kid is doing really great and myself learned even better than before. Anna help us to do asanas and postures really well and pushed us to do even better way . Great ambience in the studio.     Joy ‘N’ Yoga studio is very clam & pleasant gives divine vibes. I learnt Surya Kriya it was amazing experience, the teaching quality is very good Pradeep anna will make sure we are doing the asanas correctly. It's a great place to learn Hatha Yoga

    Joy ‘N’ Yoga studio is all surrounded by the greenery, calm and soothing place which gives you the spiritual vibes. I have joined hatha yoga to control my stress and to develop mental clarity and focus.Pradeep anna is such a good teacher who understands the problem about each individual and provide instructions so that we accommodate them by doing hatha yoga. He is very calm and passionate & he believes in quality over quantity by ensuring you learn every posture and breathing pattern correctly. He answers all your questions with utmost patience. Only thing Pradeep anna asks in return is, for you to continue the practice at 🏡 home. I have seen a drastic difference reg my neck pain which has reduced far better after doing surya kriya. Happy to be part of hatha yoga at joy n yoga.

    I learned Angamardana at the Joy 'N' Yoga Classical Hatha Yoga Studio certified by Isha foundation. I had a great experience there, my instructor Pradeep Anna is a very patient and tenacious teacher. Hatha Yoga is a meticulous and precise practice, every posture requires we firmly hold each and every limb in specific orientations and without an experienced teacher who is willing to pay minute attention to detail it's hard to grasp the craft fully. Thankfully Pradeep Anna has the above qualities so it made it easy for me absorb the practice in its true essence. Also the studio has a very serene ambience maintained with air conditioning and a pleasant incense which help set the ideal mood for learning Hatha Yoga. About Angamardana, I have been practicing it for a few weeks now and perceive a sea of change in my system. I feel active throughout the day and am able to rest deeply during my sleep. My food and water intake have reduced significantly as well. Living a sedentary lifestyle for many years has taken a toll on my overall physical disposition but thanks to the practice I certainly feel more agile and lively. I would gladly recommend Angamardana and Joy 'N' Yoga studio to anyone who seeks to live an active, healthy and vital lifestyle.

    I have recently learnt Angamardana(ancient yogic workout) at Joy 'N' Yoga. The studio is very pleasant and good. It has a perfect atmosphere to learn yoga. Pradeep anna is the tutor. He taught the practices very patiently and corrected every minor mistakes I did. If you are looking to learn hatha yoga without any distortions and want to make your mind and body stable, balanced and fit, then this is the perfect place for you to learn yoga.     I have always been interested in Yoga. After attending a few traditional yoga classes, I got inspired to learn Hatha Yoga. Joy N Yoga is the perfect destination for this. I experienced highest quality instructions in the studio. The ambiance in the studio is serene and soothing. Enjoyed very much!

    After much research I could finally learn hatha yoga at joyN yoga with less crowd and the best guidance. The studio atmosphere was very serene and pleasant and this is one of my greatest experiences to learn classical hatha yoga at your studio.     I have joined the classes few days ago. At the time of joining the trainer asked me what I was looking for and what my expectations were. Based on those, he suggested ANGAMARDANA practice for me, which was conducted in a span of 5 days. The instructions for each posture including the breath work required were easy to grasp. The trainer made me practice with utmost focus and intensity, by constantly pushing me to my limits, as and when required. He showed me the corrections whenever there was a discrepancy in my posture and he made me repeat it so that I could correct it right away. He also suggested the Dos and Don’ts before, after and at the time of practice, along with the necessary food habits to reap the benefits of ANGAMARDANA. The studio by itself is a peaceful place which has enough space with adequate lighting and perfect ambience required for practice. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you are a beginner like me(who had no knowledge of yoga).
