The building is only good for students. For working people it's a bad place to be coz of 1. Internal Blackouts especially on certain floors 2.has no parking and wait until you vacate or move out,to get your deposit you must push and wait for months

I'm a parent who have paid full rental fee for 4months unfortunately they have been denied water and electricity to the students wholesome not dealing with the root problem.

Good place, staff and rooms. I recently booked in my clients for three days from women fund from all over kenya, It was amazing on how they managed to host more than 100 people with alot of professionalism . The reception was excellent, clean rooms, enough water and customer service was excellent. I would recommend anyone visiting karen and its environs to try the place. For any type of accommodation, you are sorted.

It is one of a kind student residence with borehole water supply,24 hours CCTV surveillance,24 hour security personnel within the perimeter,a gym is present with a pool table,there is a chilling area with wi-fi connections and a television to catch up with your favourite shows and sports.I personally live here and I'm finding it intresting

Reliable water supply Management on-site Secure No parking space No wheelchair access Internet available on site but not in the shared student units. Notorious blackouts in some sections of the building. They will try to explain why this happens but my opinion is they frequently run late on paying for the mother meter. Either that or they don't want to re-connect the entire building with the more reliable power line. They use secondary M-Paya meters instead of the normal KPLC ones; You might spend a little bit more on power. Other than the power issue, they will address your concerns promptly. They used to have a quiet study area but they closed it for some reason. Deposit was refunded after 4 weeks It's a great place to live on short-term as a student (a semester or 2 max). And probably one of the best value-for-money bargains in the area. However, if you're looking for somewhere to live long-term (throughout your studying)/ not a student, you may not like this place.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of the hostel.Close proximity to corperative University. The rooms are very clean and quiet, with an excellent shower, gym, tyles and gazebo. Their prices are very fair.

It is a nice place for accomodating especially students. They are equipped with a study room, gym and a leisure room where one can go and relax. The rooms are also quite good and they have a variety of accomodation options.

It was calming and affordable

+ Area iko away from highways and if you like the semi-urban and rural vibe utapenda Gataka + Good view, lots of forest cover, cattle + Cleaned regularly by management + food, water is affordable in Gataka + Close to Rongai, Ngong, Karen, Ngong Road - Every night, most tenants (students) here blast music from 11pm-6am. Complaining to management doesn't do much. Most tenants reduce when you approach one on one but quite a number continue with high volume and high bass music. Loud music continues throughout the day too so you can't work from home. If you like quiet, you won't enjoy your stay & work here. - you have to follow up on your refundable deposit
