Amazing place. Friendly staff. There’s a smell from the river which is due to sugar mill near by.. We spend 4 nights and it felt too long. I’d recommend a max of 2, unless you spending most of your time at Kruger itself and not at the accommodation.

If you want a true Kruger Experience then this your place . Situated right at the entrance of Kruger NP , but will a direct side access and view of the Park , direct view of Crocodile River , with a number of resident Hippos in front of the pool . When I stayed we sighted , Giraffe , Water bucks , plains game , cros to name a few . The staff there , will make sure you feel at home , and if it means doing what's not there for you ,they will . The food , wow , the buffet service , you will eat all your life out , experience the best organic meals , organic meat and steak . Child friendly ,for families , the Spa , being refurbished, will be a good hot in Kruger too . Have so much to share , bit you wont regret your stay.

Stayed here both in March and October with my parents, my parents wished to take me back after our last visit in 2013, when I was only young, as they wanted me to experience it when I was older, and it lived to the expectations, by far. The hotel had been improved by a lot, and it had even changed significantly (for the better) since our visit in March, the hotel is constantly improving and everywhere you go are friendly faces, the staff are very friendly, the cooks are very professional, very skilled and friendly, the pool maintenance team are excellent! The pool is always perfect, very clean. The rooms were always spotless and the grounds were well looked after, I could go on about how wonderful our stay was, our goodbyes were emotional but we will be back soon.

After a recent stay, rooms were fantastic, everything from service to food is exceptional, but most of all the staff were absolutely amazing. All super professional, helpful, friendly, can't wait for the day we return. They treat us like we are family.

Great views. Food is standard however they can work a bit more on the meat quality. The cost of the rooms are really expensive and it is almost cheaper to stay in the Kruger Park.

Great location, so close to the Malelane gate. Friendly staff and well manicured gardens. Food choices are good.

This place does not deserve any stars. Staff is friendly but the rest lacks dismally. Food is not anything to get excited about except if you like overdone meat and cold vegetables. The effluent water from a nearby factory is used in guest rooms. Chemicals in this water are dangerously corrosive but dismissed as "borehole water". In my opinion this place is over rated and under managed.

Stayed here many times, staff very pleasant and always strive to please, cannot do enough for you. The premises is clean and tidy the pool is lovely.
