This is truely one of the places I personally had the best stay at in a while. We had a warm welcome. The staff and management, the most friendly I experienced thus far in life. Pet friendly and they love pets. I would definitely recommend Acasia to anyone for a stay.

Very kind and friendly old ladies and caring of the guests. At some stage one feels can do the breakfast by himself than seeing nice old ladies going up and down. I know they love what they are doing.

Not cheap, not expensive. Great place to stay if you need a rest before you cross the border into Moz. Clean and simple. Excellent location near the golf course.

We stayed for one night before we crossed the border into Moz and Johan was very helpful on the do's and don't's when crossing the boarder. The room was spacious, comfortable and good value. The setting is lovely in lush , tropical garden. Well worth the stop and would stay longer is we came that way again.

The host is amazing, the room is amazing, the food is delicious, the pricing is great, the location is close to the reason why you are searching this in the first place. What a gem we found by emergency, after falling for a airbnb scam, over a long weekend, the host promptly replied, got two exhausted, anxiety ridden people, in a luxury room. With aircon, which is a MUST in Komatipoort. (33°C at 20:00) We recommend this place to anyone, We will also never stay in Marloth again, as this little gem has everything you need.

Nicely laid out guest house in quiet location. Room well equipped although the children's room was cramped. Some mould on the shower grouting which is why I cannot score 5 stars.
