Saw jack 37 on a few lists for the best burger in Tokyo. We tried the regular cheeseburger and the Balinese cheeseburger. They both are well over ¥1,000 and come with fries. The regular burger comes with some grilled onion sauce that reminds me of onion soup. The balinese came with sambal chili sauce, it's so good! The staff will tell you to eat the burger with the paper holder because it's messy... But honestly if you get the Balinese, I would eat it over the fries and let everything drip on the fries, makes it more tasty. One thing to note is that Jack does not make minced ground patties, they are more like chunky steak patties. That's my only reason for not giving it a 5⭐ 🧼 Hand sanitizer available 🍽️ Indoor seating available 💳 Cash, Credit and IC card 🗣️ staff speaks some English 📕 English menu available 🥡 Takeout available 🌐 WiFi available

Absolutely fantastic burger in the Nihombashi area. I visited this place with a friend of mine. We were looking for authentic American style hamburgers and I feel satisfied with my experience. It’s quite a small shop so be sure to keep an eye out for it when you go. Inside is quite small too, so it wouldn’t be ideal for parties greater than 4. The staff were quite nice and we waited a reasonable amount of time to receive our food after ordering. It’s made to order, so don’t expect fast food. The burgers were very tasty and well portioned. The fries were crispy and hot. You will not be disappointed with the food. Please be aware this shop only takes cash, or it did at the time I visited.

Wow. Impressive burger for a location a little bit far from the main tourist areas and the train stop. The burger is legit... It is juicy and big and the buns are great. The vegetables and the other toppings are excellent and the service is good. The location is about 1.5 km or so from the nearest train stop so it's a little bit of a walk but it is well worth it. They serve burgers fries and cokes pretty simple fair and well done. They have several offerings for burgers besides the classic cheeseburger...they are identified as " Bali "-xxxx burgers. They tend to be more spicy and and have more condiments on them. Overall a really nice experience and good food at a very reasonable price in the heart of Tokyo! Definitely worth a stop

Hard to fault. The service was great. The burgers too were very good. The ingredients really came through and every one made a difference to the texture and flavour of the burger because of the quality. The patty is steakmeat-like but thankfully without the grizzle that often haunts these things. The fries are the only devisive point. Tasty but very oily and bit like they've gone left field with the oil (hard to define exactly) that may not be for everyone

So friendly staff. Also, we like they allow two people to share one set.thats really nice. Family style decoration, very good. Cheese avocado burger is awesome. Backed bun and juicy meat.... with juicy tomato, pickle, and a lil spicy...Its worth the long trip.

This place was on my list of burger joints to visit, and I only wish I had visited sooner! They offer a sweet and spicy sambal sauce that pairs so good with their burgers. Restaurant was also very clean and had a playful ambiance; it is a little small though so probably not the best place if meeting a lot of friends.

Great vibes, great people, and great burger! Service was prompt, the food was amazing and they have an English menu! Not as spicy as I was hoping for, but still amazing! I will definitely return on my next visit!

Nett eingerichtetes Lokal mit angenehmer Musik. Sehr guter Service. Der Burger war an sich lecker, aber das Fleisch war etwas knorpelig und faserig. Alles in allem daher 4 Sterne.

Found this place because of their rating. Ordered the Beacon Cheese Burger, the beef was great with good texture, a slice of beacon so thick that I have never seen at another burger joint (something that I really like). Customer experienced was great. Worth my 17 minute walk from Akiba.

Strictly from a burger point of view, this is more of a "steak sandwich" rather than burger. The patty is almost like someone thick sliced a bunch of skirt steak and then meat glued it together to form a patty shape. Then stuck it in some buns Im suprised no one else said this. It's tough, hard to chew etc. But flavors nice Also the sambal sauce is more of a spicy relish

One of the best burger places in Tokyo. The Balonese pepper jack cheese burger is one of the best burgers I've had in my life. The meat is perfectly cooked at a good medium well temperature and is very juicy. Don't forget to use the provided sandwich bag

I actually went here around March. The food is good, the people were nice, and the decor is unique. All the license plates are really cool, and I enjoyed seeing my home state included. They have an English menu. Unlike many burger places in Japan, the patty is 100% beef. The texture and thickness is steak-like, but still tender considering that. Just keep that in mind if you wanted a thin patty or a smash burger (which is very rare in Japan). Fries came with my order; they're thick and well-prepared. Altogether with the thick patty and the nature of running a small shop, this place was a good deal. The Bali burger is moderately spicy and my personal favorite. The chili topping tends to spill out, but that's unsurprising. The taste is worth it.

First burger place I've had in Japan! Definitely recommend hitting up this hidden gem in Tokyo. Beef is top-notch, like eating more of a steak burger than a ground beef burger. Filling in a satisfying way and the fries are clean golden colour (the oil is cleaned daily you can tell) and the service is fast and the atmosphere is very nice!!!
