During our five days stay, we've had an amazing,memorable experience at bloom Hotel .Mr Avishnar Kumar from housekeeping made sure our room was always clean .He did an excellent job in keeping our room in excellent condition. We enjoyed different palate of food served by Chef Kedar and his team .It was delicious and always on time . The front desk staff answered all our queries and made sure we were comfortable . The ambiance of the hotel is warm and has nice decor. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay at bloom hotel sec 19, well facilitated by Asif front of associate. Good ambience, differently able access and all system based service just a message in the portal you will get the job done. Only thing to be improved by hotel team should focus on providing much more quality on food taste is bad chicken is not fresh in the restaurant.

Horrible breakfast. Sambar is just boiled water. Cutlery not on table. Tables not cleaned. No variety in bakery. What an insult to the Bloom Hotel chain. This is a nightmare. Room is clean but toilet smells like an open sewage pipe

The staff was very hospitable. Specially the staff in the dining hall. Ms. Harshita was very welcoming and helped us around with breakfast very efficiently. Chef Karan was very sweet and even treated us to a complimentary coffee. Having premium instant coffee was a nice touch. Overall good experience. 💯 Recommended.
