A very very bad apartment as one of my friend used to live there . No proper water , light . You can’t invite friends for party as they strictly disagree with friends coming in your apartment. And the guy named Mr mithlesh society manager is very very bad guy he strictly ban everything like friends party . If ur friends coming to your house he will say park your vehicle outside of lavanya apartment. So be careful and look for any other apartment. Very very bad experience. 0.0 stars for this apartment and specially for MR MITHELESH

This is a very quiet place with low rise apartments. Only 3 stories in each block. At the most there will be 40- 50 flats. It's an old world charm residential society. The best thing is that this society has sweet water... other societies have salty water which can cause hair problems... this was one of the deciding factors for me to choose to live in this society. For older people there could be a drawback... because there are no lifts in these blocks. Because of no lift sifting luggage - furniture etc is a real pain. But in Covid-19 times these stairs seem to be a like boon... because we heard highrise lift वाली societies had a huge infection rate. Flats in this society have huge carpet area and airly designs. Though it might not suit for people who want a lot of privacy. All in all it's a good society... Sector-62 Metro station is just nearby so is the Fortis Hospital. Near by Block - C Market and Green belt walking track is another added advantage.

Because of excessive rent and with ZERO facilities. Staffs are not professional manage the society

Lavanya apartments is situated at a premium location, nearby sector 62 metro station, 24x7 security guard available, society has an inside park, joggers park is available behind the society, residents are friendly, overall a good society.

One of my friend stays here. Very nice place just 200 meters away from fortis hospital noida!

Nice Apartment but don’t have any facilities which are now available in other apartments like cctv , gym , pool etc

Stayed here for 2 days with a friend. The location is good. The walking track behind the Apartments are soothing.
