Biggest cheater in Delhi NCR. No credibility. We selected one "ready to move" property, every thing was final from Supertech, "Investor clinic (broker)", loan finalized and sanctioned from their partner bank. They called us next day to submit cheque. Before depositing the booking amount, we just wanted to see property last time and to show to my parents. Before booking they had shown us a similar flat (Corner Property) on different floor in same building. Saying Keys of actual flat are with different person and he is on leave. Now on booking day, We asked keys from Supertech to open and show the actual "ready to move" apartment before submitting cheque. To our suprise, we found out, that flat has been already sold and occupied by some other person. Which they mentioned Their Security guard also confirmed the same and said he dont have keys, as keys arecwith owner. Supertech portal was showing flat as unsold and available. When we asked the builder and Investor Clinic (Broker). They casually said ok, we will show you another flat. They still did not accept their mistake. If my parents did not want to see the flat on day of payment, we would have been trapped by "Supertech Builder" and "Investor clinic". It was our stupidity, that we trusted Supertech and Investor Clinic. I would humbly request all buyers to be beware and double check before investment here. You will loose all your earnings.

If you have surplus money kindly give it to Chor/beggers but suggest not to book in ST. No guarantee of possession, money return and even by supreme luck if you get possession some times please don't expect desired quality. Some officials are also pro builder due to known reasons as you have no respite in case you are cheated, they don't obey RERA also. Rest is our middle class voters destiny.

I have Booked the flat in 2009 and somehow with great difficulty got the possession in 2018. If you really want to give another name to Lootere Then its Supertech. The project completion certificate is still not given as the project is incomplete, No safety as my tenant 02 times escape narrowly due to poor lighting and the EHS. Further the society is not handed over to resident and in the name of maintenance they are milking us like anything. I asked for the statement of accounts for the maintenance but that also not ready to share. The construction is worst than pathetic. Even the HO people are cunning , unprofessional and chor. They have not returned my balance payment also which is still pending.

Hi, I have booked my in ECo Village-2 in 2012 and done with 95% payment. Supertech promised me to handover this unit in 2013. I am still waiting ...so befor buy any property from Supertech ,Please be careful because Supertech is not a builder , this is a Cheater.

They are Looters. CRM team sitting in Noida office, they don’t answer calls first they play with words, gives you commitments and then they’ll fraud you and will stop answering calls. We cannot sell or take possession of our flat until we get NDC approval and for that the entire CRM team will play with you. They have taken almost 80% of amount but still not giving possession. Will definitely going to write the CRM person name if this doesn’t get sorted.

Waiting for 2015 for the registry of the flat ...some poor people have not even get the possession. Even after making all the payment to the builder...and good new is that the builder has declared himself Diwalia
