I have purchased this project in 2019, still have not got the possession, no rental income, every day they give a new date.

H&S is a chor builder. This project is not on the verge of completion since last 3 year and they are making fool of investor simply in the name of fitout. the basements and halls are still incomplete. they erected walls of the outside part to hide the pending building. in my opinion and current situation, the project would not be ready before next 2-3 years.

Boulevard Walk is an under construction Mall which will have studio apartments, Food court and shops along with movie theatre. This is going to be a shopping centre in Greater Noida West or Noida extension. This is a high rise building and going to be a very good shopping destination.

I live in noida extension and see this building since last 7 years in same hight. though there is some progress but this hint is enough for hardend money earners for investors anything is fine as they have huge money in black and white :)

Booked the property in 2019 and didn't got the posession till yet. What will be the value of the money that was invested 3 years back.

It will be a good property for the owners who invested in it once possession is given. From last 4 years they are lingering the project with a new date when u call them.

This is Delhi NCR's biggest mixed use property. BOULEVARD WALK is amazing project for investment and is at a very good location. Commercial properties at a very decent price.

It is one of the best project among the various projects in noida extension, because of their project planning , leasing. Rates and all. They are adding partners with them they want to do business in very long term and the owner Mr. Honey Katyal such a pure personality describing about him is insult of him, Just meet and think Very nice

H&S is remarkable icon in real estate market with very escorting staff would love to recommend others to say yes.

I would say if you are looking for investment, then you can try here but it's past can come in its way as it has been stalled for a long time,now they are telling that they are going to complete soon,so think wisely before investing

Don't ever invest in the same for sake of God. They will eat up your hard earned money by making fool of you. A very big No. 🙏

This Mall is being constructed at the prime location of Greater Noida. Work is in full swing and expected to be completed in one year.

Location is good but the speed at which it is getting completed is bad... should not invest... will be better once holiday inn opens..in my view it will take an year or two

They don't want to return the token money,Once you refuse to purchase the property.Its been 4 months now,they dont want to reurn the token amount ,they dont answer your calls.Worst property, and agents call you , In the begining they say sir to you once you say I am not interested, they will abuse you. Total waste of time and money . Stay away from property and Agents of this property.Home & souls and agents of investor clinic they both are not professional at all. Don't buy any property from these type of agents as they say something and do something different.

Boulevard Walk is a fantastic place. The ambiance is inviting, and there's a vibrant energy in the air. The variety of shops and dining options make it a perfect destination for a day out. I had a great time exploring and would definitely recommend it.

A very good Mall in construction phase. Holiday inn hotel is also going to be open there. As per the plan there is car parking at 6,7,8, and 9 th floor. Two multiplexes are there. Almost all big brand showroom are there. There are hald dozen malls in this area, still people love to go to DLF mall, logix mall, gaur mall and many more. If they provide something new then only footfall will be there otherwise after two three years lots of new malls are coming. And people tend to go to new mall always.
