The building and infrastructure is fine. And that's where all good ends. Have been to both OPD and In-patient experience. Both are bad. There is no communication and co-ordination between departments. Everything takes so much time that it seems like nobody is interested in anything. Sometimes it seems like one of the techniques to delay ICU discharge or final discharge. While docs seem to be under pressure to ensure all available tests under the roof are conducted on the patient, the rest of the staff is clueless. On top of that there is a complete lack of administration. Few staff are good but they are exception. Nursing staff is good and they deserve some appreciation but they are overloaded with so much paperwork that they are not able to focus on their real work- nursing and patient care. Both times, we went there for a particular specialist. Both the times overall experience fell short of expectations.

Okay okay hospital. Adminstration related problem is in many hospital. They treat patients sometimes better sometime not depending on their mood. Providing many facilities. Doctor and nurse staff also cooperative. Parking related issue is always.

I had the worst experience with Fortis Noida. Though the hospital charges premium charge as the other Fortis hospital but the management is very poor. Generally the staff is overloaded and under paid so very much dissatisfied and perform their duty unwilling. No one is interested in helping and supporting patients and their attendant. Doctors are only bothered in prescription and delegate work to others who are just for the name sake. The rooms availability is not a doctor's concern so despite paying premium charges you are in general ward. The staff as told has made the ward a railway platform shouting and talking to each other at top of their voice as if they are in market. So spending night is non stop torture in the hospital. Even a patient has to shout to catch attention of nursing staff as there's so much noise around and no mechanism to call a nurse. Overall it is a physical and mental torture to be a patient admitted in Fortis Noida.

Renowned hospital chain in India, so expectations are also high by patients and their families. I went there with my mother for her check ups on fibroids, we doubted the chances of Cancer. The doctor is very fine, nice and explained everything but I personally felt that they are focused on making more money from patients by telling them for number of tests. They only prefer tests from their labs so if you’re in fortis then get all the tests done here only, else only money will be wasted. So in my case, on first day we took 2 test of 7k then on next appointment we again went under one test around 6k(which is colposcopy, not necessary at that when doctor confirmed to get tested for biopsy- so again cleared that it’s totally money making strategy). Its very highly maintained hospital, middle class person can’t afford it for long treatments. Come to staff behaviour, so the staff appointed in gynaecology department are the female staff. I feel they are more focused on their gossiping rather than helping patients on their queries. Parking issue can occur if you visit on weekends, so try to go in between Monday to Thursday. So can go there if have saved money or having insurance.

I was here for my wife ultrasound at Radiology Dept. I truly liked the way Mr. Parminder attending patients and their knowns. Since from the beginning of billing to the analysis and at last getting reports. With the same energy and smile, helping people along. Hospitals need these kind of people, who welcome and assist patients with positivity. Keep up your good work Mr. Parminder.

The staff and the management of the Hospital gets a kind of saddistic pleasure by making you run from one counter to another. The billing desk is pathetic. At billing desk, they have a place and seats for 5 employees, but most of the time, one will find 2 employees who are extremely slow. The management is not cooperative. The concerned floor manager (or whatever you may call them) wont brief you at one go. The billing people will not guide you as to what all charges are applicable, so that leads to a situation where you have go to them again as the Doctor's assistants will put some kind of rider. So one can imagine what will happen to a senior citizen / old person who is made to run from one place to another and the staff is busy sipping coffee. Compassion is lacking in the management. Apart from this, the charges are definitely higher compared to other hospitals. Apart from few doctors, the other doctors are fine, not extraordinarily great!

This hospital is money making business. The doctor and staff has no intention to serve the people for their good but to exploite them mentally and financially. I got my mother admitted there for high blood pressure, headache and frequent vomiting that made her too weak. I got her admitted for proper diagnosis and treatment as to why BP shoots despite regular consumption of prescribed BP medicine. I don't know why was she admitted to neurology department on the first place. They have kept her in ICU for 5 days and not shifted to ward/room giving the reason that they are putting on sodium /potassium iv. The doctor under supervision of Dr jyoti bala Sharma did numerous test including taking sample from spine for unjustified reasons. After all this test and trauma to the patient in the ICU they couldn't explain the cause of BP increase and vomit. I got to know from sources they keep patient in ICU unnecessarily until room occupancy is available. Just for managing sodium and potassium they have charged me 2.5 lacs within 5 days. Highly disappointed with the kind of experience I had with the doctor and hospital. They are white coat heist. One advice to the people reading this review this hospital is last place you would want your loved ones hospitalized. Badly managed and they care only for your money

    1) Emergency Doctors interested in gossip rather than checking patients, just writing investigations without asking history properly, none of the emergency doctors have stethoscope, not interested in checking or examining patients. Just busy writing tests after tests. 2) Worse thing !! There are mosquitoes in emergency section… if you are having a heart attack n planning to visit fortis, keep time to wear odomos else you may get dengue there ! 3) No doctors in ICU ( HDU) only nurses are there who keep ignoring your questions. This is the first hospital i have seen where there are no doctors in ICU and even in doctors duty room no doctor. On calling the doctors keep asking to wait . I had to take LAMA bevause if this is the situation at ICU i dunno if doctors ever visit the rooms in emergency. 4) I have attached photo below for this- they gave us wrong reports of 1 patient who had brain stroke and the nurse read out this report to my mother who is the patient, after which my mother went in deep shock and depression. Later the doctor clarified that by mistake they gave us wrong reports. Playing with peoples emotions! 5) If you go to this hospital on weekend in emergency, you’re dead !! They keep giving reasons of facilities and doctors unavailability due to “ sunday”. Being such a big hospital they should keep some doctors for Sunday, after all they are charging same room rent on Sunday isn’t it ??? 6) our patient was admitted for low sodium. They did investigations worth 1 lakh rs for brain n hear ct n mri n doppler n holter etc but forgot to do kft and sodium test !! After we reminded the nurse took sample which was taken incorrectly and got clotted . They did not even come to collect d repeat sample. On asking for reports they took d sample again which they forgot to send to lab till night. Horrible mismanagement !!!

After availing fortis hospital service, i can correlate with other stories which we read on social media, Got my wife admitted for stomach infection, afyer 2 days when she felt better, she got swine flu from their staff, on day 1 itself i heard few of nurses talking about their fever & still working but neglected it which costed us another 3 days in hospital. So their covid & flu related hygiene is on god grace. Now coming to their single room eh8ch cost around 10k/ day, attaching photos of broken window, torn blanket with several holes ( look at the quality, roadside blanket), pathetic condition of attendnt bed. No towel or any other stuff given for first 2 days until I randomly asked them on 3rd day, then they realized they didn't give us anything. Superb facility.. Need to improvise on almost everything or stop charging these insane amounts for this below avg experience.

I visited the Fortis Hospital for a routine check-up and I was very impressed by the quality of service and care I received. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. The hospital was clean, well-equipped, and organized. The doctor who examined me was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. He also gave me some helpful advice on how to improve my health and lifestyle. I did not have to wait long for my appointment and the billing process was smooth and transparent. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone who needs medical attention or consultation. It is one of the best hospitals in the city .

This really feels being blessed after restarting routine life post getting treatment. In my case patients infected lungs were repaired successfully and advised to put lungs on BiPAP machine at home for two weeks minimum after release from hospital. It took a week time in hospital to fix the issue. Hygiene and cleanliness is maintained well. Thank you so Doctor for helping me.

My wife went for a preventive health check up. It started in time but for different tests, she had to figure out herself with no one to accompany her (other hospitals are better and has some person guiding) . After tests were done,no sign of the doctor...wasted time from 12.30pm till 4pm with no concrete news of doctor. Very unprofessional...had different perception as Fortis is supposed to be reputed. But experience otherwise. The whole day since the registration, the feeling was they are doing us a favour....no warmth,no empathy......I will avoid and probably would go back to Jaypee and Apollo

THIS HOSPITAL IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MIDDLE CLASS PEOPLE. If you have good bank balance then you can afford the nonsense in the name of fees & prescribed tests. Everything is just money. - The concept of online appointment for doctor's consultation is just to make us fool, as you have to wait atleast 2-3 hours no matter what your appointment timings is. - Refund process for online appointments is a big question mark❓ - Whenever you visit any doctor before checking anything, he will prescribe you with a number of tests which will cost 10~20K. - After spending a hefty amount of money on fees, tests, medicines, what a specialist doctor concluded that he don't know the reason of pain and asked me to take pain killers for 10 days. So what's the need of consultation? I can buy some pain killers directly from Chemist shop? - Height of insensitivity and hard heartedness. I visited the Pharmacy within Hospital to get a band-aid bcoz my 4 year daughter got hurt in her hand finger. Even requesting multiple times to give it urgently, all attendants at counter were sitting like dumb and giving medicines to others. After standing there for 20~30 minutes I left from there in vain & no one bothered to give the band-aid. Vasantkunj, Delhi Fortis is far better than Noida in terms of management. My personal experience is more than worst for this hospital, I will never ever visit here again.

The doctors are highly experienced and the staff is very helpful. They are often quite loaded with patients, and yet try to accommodate patient's needs to the best possible extent. Test reports come in timely manner and are not overpriced.

I am happy that I chose Fortis Noida for the liver transplant operation which is performed successfully. Noida is best for laprascopic operation. I never doubted in the knowledges and skills of Dr.Vij's team. They are brilliant. The nurses are amazing here. They know how to take care of the patients.Lastly but not the least, I should mention that the Shinon coordinators are very cooperative. They are always there for you to help.

Poor billing service. Billing staff not fast enough or say smart enough. No time management. Doctor support staff/attendent not supportive. Didn't understand the criticality of patient. Minimum waiting time to see the doctor atleast 1 hours.
