This is a good pet shop I got 1 cocktail and 2 love birds

Very worst service and ruthless person every time high charges for every thing even if you need any help for pet they charge you for that also and charges are very high. Please earn respect and learn customer service also show some respect towards pets. There is no option for zero star otherwise I will select that.

I have been thoroughly cheated by this shop which charged Rs8500/- for a 100 litre Chinese fish tank as against its fair price of Rs.3000/- elsewhere. My greatest mistake is that I didn't check the reviews before buying. Extremely Dirty shop. Shop owner is a nasty THUG who operates from remote through shop boys.

This place is best known for Fish Aquariums, you can also purchase exotic birds, rabbit and gineua pig here. Food and nutrition also available for fishes and birds. Mini to large size aquarium and multiple type of bird cages available here. Overall experience is good but things are overpriced which can be found on lower cost on other places.

Owner is calm and helping. I bought 2 Guinea pigs from here. The place provides pet-boarding too. Recommend it.

This is an awful place. It should be shut down. They take horrible care of the animals, I saw four bunnies starving and nearly dead, all sorts of exotic pets lying outside and roasting in the sun. It is disgusting. Please don't give patronage to such barbarians!

Very dirty shop. One month before we purchased two birds. Very overpriced. Don't waste your money on this shop. They had no knowledge and try to cheat people. After purchase their behaviour is also very arrogant. Staff is also stupid. Never think of purchasing anything from this shop. Compare the rates online and you will know the hefty difference. Pure cheating.

I absolutely don't like the Vibe. Too dirty, don't go with your kids. Too expensive. The shop owner does not even come out when we visit to buy an aquarium. One of his employees who didn't know the details, was there. Overall it was a bad experience..

I think he is not intrested in selling products. Just sitting on chair watching reels and if you ask something about product he will say "dekhna padega" and againg starts watching video.Seriously dude you are on your shop😂😂😂😂.Between place is very dirty

over priced and owner or stuff don't have much knowledge about their own animals. Fishes are in poor health , birds kept in dirty cages ... disappointed

The shop is great with variety of let's pets to choose from and the prices are good too.

They are really helpful and affordable. I buy all my pet food or toys from them

Birds were in crouded cage but most birds were healthy .I got 2 budgies 1 died because of harmful fumes but 1 is still alive
