    Furniture stock is good but slightly over-priced. worst of all is long delivery period of 12 days even as item is already there infront of you.. they do not share their contact for follow-up on order or complaints. staff is also not supportive. 0 star

    Hi, It’s been a time since I’m following up on phone and email, it’s frustrating to call you again n again, Kindly help me to understand where the money went? Bank is saying transaction is successful and reflected in statement and you are saying not received then where the money went ? I don’t understand you are such a reputed brand and your executives are lying. Let me know what kind of bank proof you need to confirm that payment was successful? If you are not able to resolve the problem than forward to your manger else I will start tagging on Facebook and everywhere. I don’t want to make much drama but I have option to make you pay. I just need fair solution ? How would you accept that payment was successful

    I purchased Casablanca solidwood king bed worth Rs 60000 from hometown last month. Bed was delivered 4 weeks after despite assurance of 2 weeks. For that delivery also, we have to call at least 10 times. Bed is of poor quality and within days, metallic mesh got bent. I called up customer care and they sent technician next day. Technician inspected the bed and found more bends in metallic mesh and told it will be replaced in 7 days. Now, two weeks have gone and in spite of numerous calls no technician has come. Sending email to customer care elicited rude and unfriendly response that our beds are of good quality. Also, there is no escalation mechanism in hometown. My advise to all is never purchase anything from hometown as their products are of poor quality and their customer care even worse than that

    Big shiny showroom with hundreds of design promises so much to you and delivers nothing we ordered a 70,000 bed from hometown and they promised for 7-10 days of delivery and it’s been 2 weeks and there is no sign of delivery you only have to call their customer care support to get hold of your furniture they literally never pickup your calls and the salesperson who sold us the bed had no excuses to make. Such a bad experience i wonder how this company is even working, we have talked to 17 hometown officials in the past 15 days and every official needs 24 hrs to revert back i would never suggest shopping from here they will literally take a hefty amount for their products and won’t even give you service of even 1/4th of your investment. We are still waiting for our bed to deliver and they still keep telling us it will be delivered tomorrow.

    This would be the worst decision of spending 2.10 lac with Home town who has the worst service ever... It's been a month now and still we haven't received our furnitures from this stupid place.. I plead you guys to get our items delivered within two days Or refund our money... What a bad service have to request for the value of our own money... Request to other people please please never ever buy products from home town or you will also feel bad doing it one day just the way we are feeling since many days now

    We purchased two Modular kitchens with chimneys and hob in August 2021. While we are sitting in April 2022, we are yet to see any clarity on when these will get assembled. Your client managers Sivam and Anil never give clarity on the progress of this order and keep giving excuses and never a definite answer. Both the points of contact are unreachable most of the time and serve lies when asked for an update. After numerous calls to your customer service, they managed to deliver an incomplete consignment to the house and have left the assembling midway with the excuse that the parts are missing. How do you justify this carelessness over a period of 8 months! This is definitely the last time we are considering buying from Home Town.

    Faulted and delayed delivery, and not clear coordination among teams, no clear communication to customer via any mode. It like you paid them and forget about delivery, overall no professionalism and bad experience. Still waiting for updated invoice and delta amount after getting substite of faulted item. From my personal experience, I feel Hometown quality is not what it used to be earlier (Puchased furniture in 2019 from Gurgaon Sohna road and because of earlier good experience I again visited Hometown in 2023 but no more).

    I ordered their modular kitchen. I am having the worst experience of life. My kitchen was to be delivered by today but its showing a delay of 1 month nobody has the correct status, no body is ready to update, horrible experience of life. I warn all of you never buy stuff from hometownespecially their modular kitchen.

    I had the worst experience with hometown. All the furniture delivery was delayed. The chair I ordered was badly damaged, in fact looked like an old used chair. I complained multiple times but looks like they are worst than some of the govt organisations as well. Never going back to hometown again. Worst customer service ever

    Bought 3+2 recliner on 03rd Sept and till date getting new dates for delivery.. very poor supply chain mgmt and pathetic customer service. Just shell out.. out of proportion money from your pocket for this good for nothing so called 'Brand'

    Very disappointed with their delivery services. Everyone helpful only till you have paid. Once payment done no one helps in timely delivery. Almost more than 2 weeks still not received my furniture. The Akshay tritiya gift still not delivered though promised. Made me come to store twice but still not given. After posting above the status still same. Almost a month. Bed delivered without mattress. Jst to fool customers, what is the use of bed without mattress. After repeated followup the staff says still 10 days more.

    Great ambience having wonderful collection of products for home decor and home products . Staff was courteous enough and understood my needs very well. The price points of few products are so economical that you’ll end up buying it for sure. Would definitely recommend my friends and family to visit this place

    Still struggling to connect with the store. During purchase the sells man stated that assembling will be done within 48 hrs of product delivered but now it has been 3 days (72 hrs) since my product has been delivered but no body is answering the call.

    They were selling a damaged product called begonia swing, and only post us pointing the damaged product, they mentioned that they would give us a 5% discount only. Please ensure if you guy anything here, you check everything as they are not forthcoming on their damaged goods that they stated they will keep on to sell to customers as they have to clear the floor of all products.

    Faulted and no delivery, and not clear coordination among customer care and the ware house executives, no clear communication to customer. No sense of customer satisfaction and service Booked a sofa at Home Town , Great India Place in the last week of August 2023. Received the sofa in damaged condition on 21st September and obviously I asked the delivery executive to take it back after speaking to the warehouse Manager. Warehouse Manager promised me over phone to deliver another sofa set in one weeks time. And to add to my bad luck, on the same day in the morning, the scrap dealers from home town picked up my used sofa against which I was offered some discount as per the scheme at that time. I allowed them to pickup my used sofa thinking that new sofa is also being delivered on the same day. I started following up with the customer care about the delivery commitments but till date I did not receive any feedback either from the Store or from their warehouse. Now I have no sofa at home, sitting on the floor and waiting for my new missing sofa. Everytime I am told by customer care executive that warehouse team with contact me and update me on the delivery date but all in vain. Overall, a poor experience with the team handling home furniture.

    Very bad quality of furniture and verycostly i bought a sofa from them in 174800 + so many decorative pieces and bedsheets and all whcich i paid almost 4 lac + and now sofa is broke and damage when i came to solve my issue they made us wait for 5 months and still i and my wife trying daily to solve this problem everyday we go to them still issue is not solved and they are not ready to refund or replace it by any how and Rahul the manager of the store which is in gurgaon very very impolite and rude person when i asked him why did they charge so high when they knew the quality of their product is not good he actually said that sir if we tell to all customers about our product quality how would anyone buy from us i mean seriously hes not even sure about the products which he is selling very dissatisfied and very very bad brand i wish there would be an option to give no stars because they dont even deserve the one star

    I had bought a glass shower partition from hometown Noida on 30th April. It was delivered on 4th May and till now. It is 12th May now, it is lying on the floor of my bedroom. Their customer care is hopeless. I have called them at least 4 times. First time when I called them they started shouting on me for asking the exact date when it will be installed so that I can plan to be at home in advance. And Every time after that when I have called they say it will be installed within 24 hours and see their shamelessness as the weekend was nearing this time they said that it will be installed within 72 hours. Do you think we are stupid? And after first time calling the Noida store their number comes switched off. Tomorrow I am going to return back the product to Noida store and going to ask for refund and never going to buy anything from them in future. If they don’t accept the return I am going to go the consumer court.

    Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Had purchased a hydraulic bed in March .. the bed came with a damaged headboard... Since then following-up with home town customer service team but to no avail.. it is so painful to see your hard-earned money spent on a defective piece... Will never purchase from this place again and recommend everyone to be vary of such frauds

    Located at the ground floor with a walk in from the basement parking, the place offers a huge variety of furniture, modular kitchen, curtains, utensils and utilities. Please check online prices of competitors before buying. Also ask them that the finishing be ensured otherwise you may have to complain for rectification.

    Very unpleasant experience today at the Noida GIP Home Town store. Firstly with the quality of the wall watch, which the store couldn't replace as most of the watches in the same range were defective. Secondly, with the billing team and floor managers of the store for their rude and mannerless behaviour. During my first visit they made billing errors which I corrected and ignored consequently. During my second visit while replacing the product they showed indifferent attitude and absolute rash conduct. One of the floor managers was acting very smart by blatantly murmuring with other billing members infront of me and making fun of things. Home Town- you should train your Noida GIP Home Town team how to behave with customers else you will loose your reputation because of few ridiculous staff.

    Had purchased a few items a month back. Collection is decent and not too overly priced. Staff is helpful. Major hiccup is they operations are really bad. Whatever date they will promise you your stuff will not come then.

    Maintenance is poor. The tiles in furniture and kitchen are broken and chipped. Floor manager Sudeep was ready with all excuses than getting solution by simply placing a mat or rug over broken tiles so as customers do not topple.

    Response from customer service is very slow. Even after 4 days of receiving a message that item has been packed and being dispatched, nothing is received nor any communication received. Payment is taken in advance and then don't know whom and how to contact
