Hi Guys... Recently, I visited this company for my interview two weeks ago. Now I am  going to share some important points to remember before going to this company. I wasted my 300 rupees on this interview and got nothing. They don't hire freshers. So you're fresher; don't go. - If you don't have experience in the respective field, so don't waste your money to go there. Don't go if you're a student. - If you don't have the required experience, don't go. I have mentioned all these points because they will receive tonnes of applications for a single position. So they will hire someone who has higher qualifications and experience in the same field. When I was giving my interview, I was with another candidate, and she had greater qualifications and experience than me, and that's why they rejected me. For Experienced Candidates : -------------------------------------------- - Go with your vaccination certificate, they demand it at the entrance. - Carry a face mask. They do not permit entry without a mask, which can be purchased at a nearby shop. - Carry all certificates and necessary documents. I hope this will be beneficial for you.

I loved the workplace, also I know it is a good organization but I didn't like the management working over there giving false commitments. I went for an interview for an international process and after clearing the basic round & essay writing, I was being told that we'll be getting the assessment next day as i was shortlisted along with my friend. I kept waiting for a week but didn't get any update. So I had to join another organization. I don't wanna name the HR who told us that we are shortlisted and neither they receive any of our call when we try to do so. Please work & improve on the above mentioned issues as our time is also valuable just like yours. P.S - Thank you HCL for updating me..at end I got the response but I have already joined other org.

Outer building is like a government college but the interior like an MNC without a doubt. HRs have too many communication gaps with the project managers. People were sitting there for 6-7 hours and didn't even attend their 1st round of interview including Myself.

Very bad experience for me. The interviewer here is so unprofessional in terms of know-how especially navneet kaur in HR department. They contact me through mail for the post of sr. Analysts but when I go there they put me on 8hrs waiting. After that they turn down my candidature by giving lame excuses that they didn't have any vacancy of Sr. Analyst as such. So much waste of time and resource. I even enquire for the post of chat process profile for which interview is carried out and the profile was well below my profile value just for the sake of it not to have waste of resources. They didn't even take the interview of it too.

Good working Environment. Special take care of Employee during covid-19.

It's may be a good company. As a fresher is company may be good. You can visit this company, nearby Noida sector 61 metro station. But here hr does not know how to talk with people. Overall if you're take a placement on campus that is the great things. But if you want to take off campus placement that bad things just because hr behaviour is very poor

I worked with hcl 5 years, nice place but politics are high in some projects but i think politics are everywhere now a days.

I have completed 7 months and the experience is wonderful. Loved the colleagues and seniors. The staff is indeed very helpful and have a wonderful nature.

Good WLB and easy to survive. Annual Increment is pretty less. Appraisal process needs to be reformed. Big and slow Projects.

Great experience but company policy is not in favour of employees because they only make bond for 5 months so it is not good for the future of employees... Company should think about the future and career...

2kms distant from metro Station 59, eRickshaw charges 30/- to reach there but during return, no eRickshaw, u hv to book auto or by walk to reach station.

Creating a user friendly site and want it to rank higher in the search engine rankings is what fetch business. I had only heard about SEO that it helps a website to rank in the Google or other search engines, but I believed it only when I hired HCL Technologies to avail their SEO services for my website. They told me on the process how would everything be done and initially found out the relevant keywords for my business. Working on those keywords, I was sent monthly report to be aware where my keywords ranked and it worked. I could see the results coming my way and I had good business coming through my website than the offline sources.

One of the biggest IT services co with utmost level of job security and awesome growth opportunities at every level. Not a great pay master but salaries are at par with other services cos.

Very good company and place to visit, nice staff , and awesome company culture.

Very beautiful campus and working environment. Diffrent buildings with open and beautiful landscaping. They have 3 big cafeteria inside and there are ample eateries outside. Very large number of employees work here in diffrent shifts so you can see activity 24x7. Lot of shows, health awareness sessions happens there creating a good working atmosphere. They also take care of stray dogs which freely roams inside the campus, in fact they have shelters and fed by the staff.

Company campus hcL sector 126 is very big, awesome and so much greenary surrounding, very spacious area spread in acres. This office has 3 big cafeteria lots option for street food outside campus.

I reached them for a part tym job i didn't realise it is a fake job until I lost my 3000 being a student I paid 3000 which is a very big amount to me. They are not returning my money back instead they are asking me to pay 4000 to withdraw that 3000

My first workplace, i saw it building from two towers to a whole town. Getting there is easy by car just follow the map. Be aware which entry gate you should stop at because the campus is vast check that the place you want to go is near which gate.

HCL has a multiple corporate office on verious locations. But 126 campus is amazing.

Very friendly staff.. You need vaccination certificate for entry.

Started my career from here. They exploit you as a resource. Full with politics. Don't expect much salary. And you can get max of 10% hike when you are exceptionally good and average of 5% hike. Only good for food and canteen and gym and monument point of view.
