Hospital
is
at
a
prime
location
in
sector
71,
quite
accessible
by
road
and
has
good
amount
of
parking
space.
You
can
drive
to
the
entrance
but
no
stopping
by.
Cleanliness:
Hospital
is
kept
clean.
Entrance,
lobby,
lift
and
waiting
area
are
clean.
However,
I
found
insufficient
number
or
sanitizers
stations.
Also,
they
are
not
easy
to
locate.
For
example,
there
is
none
in
front
of
billing
counter
at
basement.
It
is
only
behind
the
billing
counter.
Front
office
staff:
Very
poorly
trained
in
customer
handling.
Over
the
phone
they
will
tell
you
something
and
when
you
visit,
they
will
tell
you
the
opposite.
In
my
case
they
told
me
that
I
can
come
for
vaccination
for
my
child
anytime
between
10am
to
5pm.
No
prior
appointment
is
necessary.
However,
when
I
reached
hospital,
they
said
prior
appointment
is
mandatory.
When
questioned,
instead
of
inquiring
from
their
own
staff,
they
start
arguing
with
me.
I
found
it
little
hilarious
as
why
the
staff
is
arguing
instead
of
providing
a
solution.
I
found
front
office
staff
busy
in
their
own
personal
chores
and
has
little
care
for
customers.
Doctors:
I
interacted
with
Dental
department.
The
doctor
was
full
1
hr
late.
However,
she
was
experienced
and
knew
her
job.
The
overall
treatment
provided
by
her
is
good.
There
is
sheer
lac
of
co-ordination
and
professionalism
in
hospital
management
and
staff.
I
have
visited
their
sector
27
hospital
and
despite
much
inflow,
the
hospital
is
managed
in
much
better
way.
Also
they
speak
about
customer
feedback
but
I
don’t
think
that
they
genuinely
care
about
it.
