This cheater hospital. Have make bill and do test before our approval. I have admitted my wife on 14jun 2021, clearly told him don’t do any test before approval coming from claimed insurance company. It’s has hardly taken 1hr for same . And reject my approval during this time they have processed all test , made bill and forces to pay me before discharge. They have taken amount as a security deposit in advance so we have to pay any how the unnecessary bill made by him. So keep away from this cheater hospital. I got knee replacement surgery done for my mom and stayed in the hospital (Kailash Hospital Sec-71 Noida ) for four days in Nov 2022. I came from USA to do the same and I must say that the whole experience was absolutely amazing! The entire staff was so sincere and dedicated to their work that they made sure we have everything taken care from admission till the discharge. Dr Anuj Jain did the surgery and is the best doctor in terms of everything . He was so approachable and easy to talk with. He communicated so well that we had no worry before the surgery.The support post-surgery was also great. Thanks to all the doctors, dietician , people at reception desk (Ms. Tripathi) , the floor managers, nurses, student nurses, GDA and the facility members who made the experience so memorable. My mom was so scared before the surgery and so happy now that everything went so well.

This Hospital is best for Neurology Department in the Noida. This is Private Multi Speciality Hospital. This hospital have MRI scan, X-Ray, ECG, Echo facility. ICU have on fourth Floor, Private rooms on top floor.

Location: Hospital is at a prime location in sector 71, quite accessible by road and has good amount of parking space. You can drive to the entrance but no stopping by. Cleanliness: Hospital is kept clean. Entrance, lobby, lift and waiting area are clean. However, I found insufficient number or sanitizers stations. Also, they are not easy to locate. For example, there is none in front of billing counter at basement. It is only behind the billing counter. Front office staff: Very poorly trained in customer handling. Over the phone they will tell you something and when you visit, they will tell you the opposite. In my case they told me that I can come for vaccination for my child anytime between 10am to 5pm. No prior appointment is necessary. However, when I reached hospital, they said prior appointment is mandatory. When questioned, instead of inquiring from their own staff, they start arguing with me. I found it little hilarious as why the staff is arguing instead of providing a solution. I found front office staff busy in their own personal chores and has little care for customers. Doctors: I interacted with Dental department. The doctor was full 1 hr late. However, she was experienced and knew her job. The overall treatment provided by her is good. There is sheer lac of co-ordination and professionalism in hospital management and staff. I have visited their sector 27 hospital and despite much inflow, the hospital is managed in much better way. Also they speak about customer feedback but I don’t think that they genuinely care about it.

I had knee surgery and had the most fantastic team of staff looking after me – just exceptional. The people who most stick out in my mind were and their teams, also the pain management nurse who made a huge difference providing superb health care, respect and compassion, never once was anything too much trouble, you were constantly their priority, they also all had a level of gentleness I have not come across in hospital before, basically genuine kindness.

Even though they see the same patients every week twice/thrice they always welcome them with a smile and fulfil all their needs without a frown. I am rest assured that my loved one is in good care. Location of the hospital is too good, on the main road and easily accessible to everyone. But the staff is I guess not trained properly, they don't know how to talk or deal with people. The hospital is usually empty unlike the Kailash Hospital of sector 27 which is too good considering its services and staff.

Its the best nearest hospital in my area. And the doctors are so reliable. The hospital is meat and clean. I had my first baby delivered here and it was an amazing experience. Dr. Meena Lanjiwar not even deserve 1 star but there is no option for that .... doesn't entertain patient even if he arrives within hospital OPD times.... her own rules - 30 min prior registration is mandatory... even when patient requested that he is in pain... you may be a good doctor but definitely not a empathetic one... god bless you!

I had fever since last 3 days so I visited for consultation and full body health checkup and met Vandana mam for counselling. She is so generous and caring that I forget the fever that I had. A complimentary breakfast with full body check up was too good. All the staff I met was soft spoken. This Kailash Hospital is spacious, clean, well managed. I am looking forward to my test result and consultation with Dr. Vinay Labroo. Full body check up is beneficial only if you are ready to follow diet plan religiously. Preventive health check up unnecessarily adds burden because no one will get perfect health condition if tested. We should always follow a healthy routine including regular basic exercise and eat less oily and fast foods.
