Not the library with good facilities but still giving 3 ratigs because it is free for all and it is open 14 hrs a day from 8 AM to 10 PM.

The atmosphere here is studios. With high speed wifi and good furniture. There are small things like mosquitoes, toilet cleanliness on which they should pay some attention. Rest all things is absolutely wonderful. There are daily newspapers available, ro water, charging point and personal study light for everyone.

Best environment for self study. all facilities are available in this library .
