More variety in attractive price... Must visit if you are coming DLF mall.

0 Stars! Absolutely terrible customer service. The sales rep Vikas Chandra disrespected us and he was very rude. Would not recommend this place.

I have a really bad experience of forever 21 dlf mall of india…the manager MR. Ankur/Ankit Dubey (the name as told to us) is extremely rude….He kept my article with him on the billing counter saying that if you take 3 pcs of sale item , you will be able to get 50% off so i agreed and searched for more articles for half n hr and in the end when i reached for billing , they told me they have already sold my article and rather than admitting his mistake he started arguing that he had already handed over me the article…he didn’t admit his mistake and keep on giving excuses as i have asked to show me the cctv and he denied..will never buy again from this store and they strictly need to appoint highly professional staff.

When does summer sale comes in forever 21 at dlf mall? Or when it will come this year? In june july, what is the approximate date ?

It was a good experience but the staff forgot to put a hoop earrings that I had purchased and it’s very careless of him to do that. Annoying and the call also says invalid in the website mentioned

Collection seems to be only for forever 21 people ! Not suitable for all.

The showroom has a wide variety of range for female clothing on this one. Though men's range is also available from this brand , the way this showroom is set up is really beautiful and eye catchy. You can find smthng different here in terms of collection as compared to similar other brands.
