I visited this store twice. First time We were attended by Rekha ma’m who was very polite & patient throughout our time in the store. Second time we were attended by Pushpa ma’m who was again very patient with us hand had good engaging conversations with us. Overall the hospitality of the staff is top notch, which makes you at ease & adds upto the shopping experience. Than you team! Please keep up the good work!

Its a big store and has so many beautiful designs in all categories. The staff is really courteous, polite and wears a smile at all times. Special mention of Rekha Ma'am, who very patiently, helped us in choosing our 'Forever Diamond' and took time in explaining us everything in detail. Thank you so much.

My wife and I, along with my sister visited this store in Sector 18, Noida during our India trip from USA. Less selective jewelry compared to other shops nearby, but liked quality and the shop reputation. Hence decided to purchase jewelry at this store. Staff was helpful. Hope we have great quality experience once starting to wear. One star less for in-ability to use our name and for no promotion rebate. No incentives for new customers to shop there.

Ms. Meeta ji and Mr. Vikram assisted me so well. I ordered a bangle a month before and received the same before the time limit. I am so glad with the service and the product. Both Meeta ji and Vikram were so calm with impressive attitude and they also explained about the Tanishq policies and huge variety of products. Will continue for sure with this outlet and will explore many more range of products.

They have good Design no doubt Tanishq is a brand. But personally I don't like staff behavior they don't have professionalism they are pulling leg each other in front of customer. Some staff was sitting but they are not interested in showing jewelry because if that waiting time was high. They should learn how to tackle customer.

Their gold harvest scheme is a scam. They will take full payment in given time period but they won't provide sufficient return after the completion of tenure. This particular store has traine their staff to fool customers with lucrative offers. They will not tell you half of the term & condition. Avoid this outlet.

Excellent collection. I have been to other Tanishq also, the collection with Sec-18 Tanishq is good. Ms Pushpa was the one who was attending to us and she was immensely patient in showing the designs and explaining the details. An excellent experience

Good variety but they are not providing correct details to their customers, if someone new who hasn't done much research would come and purchase any item here they might be misled with regards to size query and total amount to be paid for booking any item. Most worrisome was their casual attitude on incorrect details which was confirmed by their senior managers as well. Please check the company policies which are being followed across all the other stores

worst staff..they dont even have knowledge about their products. They ll show u 3 4 items and then ask u to finalize it and when u ll ask for their rates then they ll take 20 min to search the price for that particular product. Time waste and nothing else. My suggestion would be first train your staff and let them teach what is the pricing, weight and all. At 8.30 they ll ask you to finalize the product as their store is getting closed at 9 pm. Suggest you all to not to go at this branch. Thanks
