Awesome place to leave, great staff and facilities. The best part of the PG is food, feels like home. Cleanness is the key feature and near to metro city centre, will make easy to travel for work. Rooms are great and well managed for two and triple sharing.

I have been in this pg for 4 months.. Let me tell you everything about this pg. after this you don’t have to read any other review. 1) owner is rude and don’t take care of anything. He will always talk rudely to you. 2) If you given your security. He will not return it at any cost. 3) He will show you that he is very powerful in terms of sources and abuse with you. 4) Caretsker is also rude. He will never listen to you. And the food is poor. 5) About the food. There is no special meal like other pg 6) They don’t provide paneer and chicken in their pg. 7) caretaker name is manoj. He will ask you for money if you tell him to make something. 8) Living here feels like jail in here. 9) Owner has a contract with a company that’s why there are many people in the Pg. And other who are living by their own are very less like 2-3 people only.

This guesthouse is the best for location near noida city centre, lots of upscale shopping around in sector 50 and sector 41 market. Nice room, very neat and clean, also service is excellent. We spent a month in this guest house.

Excellent PG I've seen so far. Name suits it best. Rooms are big spacious and pg is affordable too. Only thing is it's 700 mts far from metro station. No problem will be there in food for northern states but southern state people have to adjust with breakfast. Rice will be there in lunch. Just go for it with out any thoughts

Very nice PG. The rooms are clean and the food is also excellent and all the facilities that one can ask for are there. The price is also reasonable. If your are looking for a PG in Noida then you can definitely go for this one. Overall value for money.

Good Paying guest accommodation near sunrise boys and girls pg

Food Quality is very bad.For 50 people they used 1 kg milk to prepare tea at one time which will be served for 2 hours in morning. Cheap spices and vegetable are being used to prepare a food. In the evening Food, Pulses are like soup, huge amount of water in it and Only potato is other vegetable all 7 days in week. Apart from this amenities provided is quite old. One important and Crucial thing behavior of Cooking staff is very rude.There is lots of theft happen every month. Your clothes found missing many a times. No body is taking responsibly. The good thing is Location What you can get : 1 star AC (2000 model) with lot of noise. No TV in a room. Electricity charges Rs 11 bad Quality of mattress. Uncleaned Bathrooms. 9000 is worthless to pay here get the same in 6 to 7 thousands in other Pgs

Price are too high as compared to market and facilities. No Washing machine, No Television in a Room , Slow speed Internet many issues. For every issue you have to call many a time to owner thereafter issue not fixed Food quality is worst. Only good thing is location. Electricity charges are too high. Low quality meter running very fast. Owner is unprofessional. Only Potato is being served everyday. Oily Pronthis You will not get breakfast before 8.15 AM those who have to go office before they are going without breakfast.Cook is behaving like king. No evening tea. Even morning tea is full of water No Special food/ Sweet in a month

Most of positive reviews are fake and posted by close ones of Pg Owner Davinder Singh , even those people are not residing in PG. Worst food, Worst kitchen, RO in poor condition and Washing machine not working . Moreover behavior of Staff is not acceptable speaks very rudely if you ask to do cleaning and give feedback on cooked food.They are charging 11 rs per unit meter charges which is too high. Photo which was shared in the advertisement are far older. Now the PG is deteriorated condition. Rotten vegetable are used to cook food and No Sweet dish in a month and No cheese food in a week.No vegetable in morning breakfast served with Davinder is Greedy Person and initially he behave like sugar candy.

They are running a scam here. They will never give back your security deposit. DO NOT COME TO THIS PG. PRAShANT, RAJEEV AND MANOJ, THEY ALL ARE RUNNING AN SCAM HERE

Pathetic service. No hygiene. Owner is thief. They are not going to return your advance. So if you don't want to loose your hard earn money, do not take this PG.

Hello PG Seekers, Please do not come here even for one month. The owner Devendra is a cheater. He took security/advance and never returned. No-one is going to listen if you have any problem with anything in the PG. And then there is Khatmal issue. They have very old mattress and bedsheets, full of khatmal. They don't even care about it. So, take the PG at your own risk. They have 3 PGs on the same road with same condition.

Great pg away from home

Worst experience ever had. Food - bakwaas bahut hi ghatiya Cleanliness - once in 2 weeks Owner was bad mouth as well they treat there tenant as if they are servent. Worst place to live E74 and E 75
