It has been a great experience, the trainers have been very helpful & cooperative. The ambiance is great with the trainers attending to the specific needs of your requirement. It’s clean and tidy which is something that I have not noticed in the other gyms. I had joined only starting this month, but very confident that I will make out a good workout plan, and achieve my target to reduce weight and gain muscle / strength in a short period. There is also a clear education and support on the diet also on the food controls given by trainers, which helps you in meeting my objective of weigh loss. I could see the difference now itself. Gym is fantastic because of the trainers who are also owners, highly knowledgeable and very friendly. They offer strength, weight training, cross fit, steam etc. highly recommend it as I have been training for the past 8 years, so do most of their clients👍💪

Joined Neo fit on 2021 and this gym facility matches my expectations All the equipment’s are very rigid and trainers are supportive for workout with nice ambience. Add to that cross fit portion is awesome providing high intensity workouts Last the trainers (Mr. Isac my personal trainer) is highly skilled and provide custom made training’s and now I lost weight with help of him and finally improved my stamina level Keep the good work.

The gym is spacious and have all necessary weights/equipments for professional level training. The trainers are available all the time and they provide clear guidence and diet plan. CrossFit is also available, trainers are well experienced and friendly.
