I visited this location earlier this month, and I was shocked how terrible my experience was. I was in the salt cave which has around 12 chairs, so you have many people coughing and hacking stuff up. The front desk person was not nice or helpful. I will never come back here again, and I will recommend all friends to not visit here. It was the Nolensville location.

Very pleasant experience only thing was lady next to kept coughing and Where you do foot bath needs to more serene. Make sure everyone keeps quiet and makes an experience good for the next person

This was the most relaxing experience ever! It gave me what I needed...rest in a calm, serene, relaxing environment. Let's talk about their store upfront! Don't leave without one of those wonderful salt scrubs. It'll do wonders for your skin. I purchased an awesome bar of soap that I love. I only remember that it's charcoal on one end and makes my skin feel tingly and fresh like...maybe it's peppermint. I purchased a bath bomb that smelled wonderful and broke up into these micro-oil beads in my bath water. It was awesome. Anyhoo, I will be back!

I had a bad experience at this venue. Front desk person was not friendly at all. Also their Spa chairs and foot bath are located in the hallway by the bathroom with all the sounds and smells included. Not relaxing at all.

The Salt Cave is a relaxing, enjoyable experience. The anti gravity chairs are comfortable, and the meditative music soothing. The staff are friendly and helpful, and inform you so there are no unpleasant surprises. If you want to get away from your electronics, this is the perfect place to escape.

I liked the experience! It was my first time so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was so relaxed that I fell asleep during the session! The salt made me cough up some mucus which I appreciate and it make my skin feel tighter. I can see how repeated visits can help your health long term. I’ll do a few sessions to gauge the overall experience.

Absolutely love this place. I’ve been going since early 2021 and return frequently, also referring lots of people. I’m so grateful this exists, especially during times of common illnesses and allergy season. I have used all services - cave, infrared sauna, and ionic foot detox. Thank you!

First time for us- the reviews were spot on! Peaceful and therapeutic atmosphere-we will definitely be back and try the ionic foot treatment. I highly recommend for a calm, relaxing, restorative experience.

The wife and I visited the Nolensville Serenity Salt Cave while we were visiting Nashville for the weekend and we had a great experience. The staff were super friendly and informative. We arrived and hour and half early and they were kind enough to move our appointment up. We thoroughly enjoyed the Salt Cave and Detox Foot Bath. We left feeling very relaxed and a bit tired. I would definitely recommend this place!!

We've been to several of these, and the Serenity locations are always the best!
