This is the best fast food on canton rd. My order is always correct, the staff are kind and personable. Most importantly is the gentlemen handing your food to me at the pickup window. Not only does he recognize me but no matter what kinda day I’m having he makes me smile. Such an incredibly sweet gentleman that works hard. Everybody deserves a chance. I look forward to going on my lunch because of these people. Thank you.

This has always been one of my favorite location. Today I enjoyed eating my meal gazing into the woods. The bathroom was clean. That I really like. My Nuggets was nice and fresh. The Ice Coffee was excellent. I had to go all the way. Top it off with a Fudge Sunday.

No doubt it was time for a new look and update on this store.Totally remodeled and looking nice and clean. Usual McDs offerings so no surprises on that end. My grand was disappointed that there was no play area. Oh well. Still enjoyed kids meal.

you certainly want better reviews especially since the economy is tough and it's hard to be a family but it gets the point where poor customer service makes it hard to support your local McDonald's and this is the situation that happened today Thursday July 13th McDonald's Canton road so I go in and I'll order on the mobile app for store kiosk I put an order because it's promo french fries there's virtually nobody in the restaurant and he's ever working drive through it look like they had him enough personnel where they didn't have to stretch the personnel up to the front counter so there was some of the front camera my issue was it took 18 minutes for them to give me a bag of french fries when it wasn't busy I stood up there for the first 8 minutes and the young lady not sure if it was a manager yet did not say anything to me not high not what is your receipt number not very receptive at all so that means that she's very very selective on who she helps which is not good for customer service any event so I go sit down another six or seven minutes go to the bathroom for a couple of minutes and then come back of course wash my hands and I stand there and a mother and son walk in and she helps them out now I'm a little concerned considering I have 13,000 points accumulated on my McDonald's app yes I spend a good amount of money on my kids even though they're kind of me is hard that means be more receptive to everybody no matter how they look we are all customers and we're spending money to support our local McDonald's any event it took 18 minutes to get a free bag of fries for my little daughter please bypass this location and go to a location where they're a little bit more receptive

My kid was being a jerk because he was hungry, so we stopped by. We used the drive through. Ordering was pretty easy since the car love what they wanted beforehand. The lady who took our order was super polite and the other lady who handed us the goods was nice too. I guess the food was good. No complaints and no leftovers. But who wants leftover fries? The worst! I would have zero hesitation returning here.

Definitely hit or miss. Most of the time the food is eh. If you order just fries you'd expect them to be fresh or at least hot but that's definitely not the case. The employees are sometimes welcoming but most of the time they seem like they hate life. I still go here because it's convenient but if there was a closer location I'd definitely go elsewhere. Then again, it's McDonald's and they all aren't very good.

The service was terrible. It would be one thing if it was everyone affected, but they served 10 people from the drive thru and 4 walk-ins that all ordered AFTER us before they did our order from the self-serve machine. We had a normal order and watched people with the same food get theirs first too, so it wasn’t an issue of what we ordered. Won’t be back here.

The food was just divine the elegance of the restaurant was top-notch way better than Wendy's and their ice cream machine at this location is basically never broken
