I don't normally put reviews up on Google, but I feel this is necessary. We have eaten at quite a few high end Italian restaurants before but I'm confident in saying Locale is the pick. Everything ticks the perfect box. Our table was quaint and outside, service impeccable, food unbelievable. I'm generally a very hard marker but I can't fault anything here. . Well done.and look forward to coming back...

Loved our dinner here for a date night with my partner. Food was exceptional, staff were polite, friendly and attentive. The steak was cooked to perfection. Everything tasted amazing. The staff were also accommodating when we wanted to move tables to a quieter area, due to me being hard-of-hearing. We had such a nice night & definitely will be back when we are in Noosa again next year!

Food was alright. The capasanta was very sour. The tagliatelle was overcooked in my opinion, but flavour was good. The calamarata with octopus was delicious, so did the duck for main. Service was a little slow, as many others have said, but it was a very busy Saturday night. Overall not a bad dinner night out, will come back again.

Loved our date night here! The cocktails were fabulous & the food was cooked to perfection. Amazing flavours. The gf pasta was also made from scratch! 10/10 for the extra effort of making fresh pasta. Highly recommended this restaurant. The ambience was perfect, low lit, romantic & intimate.

This is the example of a passion turned into a business…a incredibly soft and comfortable atmosphere where even kids are at ease. The stuff is incredibly helpful and kind, the food is amazing and well presented with an immaginabile attention to the quality of the ingredients- apparently all locally sourced (maybe the reason behind the name?). Absolutely to try, the price is not too high if you try it you’ll understand why….a must go if in Noosa Heads

Outstanding service and even better food. We dined here on a weeknight and the place was packed with good reason. We enjoyed some crudo, house made GF spanner crab tagliatelle and fish of the day (barramundi) and a half bottle of Loire Valley Sancerre, all of which was just exceptionally delicious. Our server was warm yet prompt where it mattered. Thank you Locale - keep up the great work and we look forward to being back soon.

Loved our relaxed lunch here. All meals were delicious and beautifully crafted. The waiter was very thoughtful and knowledgeable of the menus. He gave outstanding recommendations to really make the experience special, particularly with the incredible bombe alaska dessert. We will definitely be back!

We were very excited to go here but were sadly disappointed. The staff were extremely pushy trying to rush us to order as quickly as possible. We had the paccheri pasta which had burnt guanciale and you couldn’t taste any anchovy or nduja at all. The squid ink tagliatelle looked great but was completely flavourless. Nothing was seasoned at all. Small, tasteless dishes which were not worth the price. Worst meal in Australia so far. Noosa has many other better options at this price point.

Was a bit disappointed with service - we did not have a booking and were told a table would be free for us soon and to wait at one of the bar tables for a drink. Ended up waiting around 45 minutes before being told we could eat at that table if we wanted 🙃 that being said it was a busy Saturday night and the staff was very apologetic which made the ordeal better. Food was delicious and I would still recommend - but make sure to book

Tucked away at the beginning of Hastings St, Locale is a little hard to spot as it is nestled against the base of Noosa Hill, offering a lush backdrop of vegetation to the picture windows. Recently renovated the interior affords comfortable and atmospheric dining. Menu and service are first class and the food did not fail to deliver.

We had the most delicious pre-dinner cocktails, flavoursome meal, and flawless dessert during our visit. The staff were absolutely amazing, and we couldn’t fault a thing. Thank you team. @kirbystaltari

if you order a garden salad and you get something completely different, with a lot of beans, it was more the cialda barese. but this should include cucumber, olives, and red onions. none of that. they just made a salad with ingredients they had left over. mentioned it, but "they do not care". more-over this is also very dangerous, with respect to allergies! Do they care....?
