We stayed at Peppers for two nights August 2023 in one of the 3 bedroom penthouses and had a horrible….HORRIBLE…experience. I am shocked by the conditions of the room. Every inch of it was filthy - see attached photos. Dust, dirt, mold everywhere. My 6 year old could have done a better job cleaning. I spoke to three different people including the supervisor within 24 hours of arriving asking to ensure the room was cleaned and nothing was done. Housekeeping came for standard service after night one, didn’t address any of the issues requested, then left dirty tissues and a bottle of windex in the room. Nothing was done to rectify the situation. Overall so disappointed. Would have expected so much better for the price.

A wonderful experience staying at Peppers Noosa. Location is close enough to the main street, but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle if you want some quiet time. Great food and service from all the staff, and the rooms were clean and well appointed.

We were here for a large family holiday. Hired out 3 villas and they were beautiful. The location is walking distance from Hastings St and the beach. Buffet breakfast is available as well. Perfect for people of all ages.

While we have visited Noosa many times before, we decided that this time we would stay at Peppers as we were celebrating a special birthday together. We booked on a 3rd party hotel site and got a fair price for 6 nights in a one bedroom apartment. We had requested a high floor room, but were designated a ground floor in the Bay view building, this was fine. On check in we were asked if we had stayed there before and answered no, but weren't given any details on the property. We checked into our room and while the layout and outlook to national park was nice, the room was very tired. The bathroom had a lot of bad looking mould, so we were instantly disappointed we chose this property. We decided we wouldn't let it get us down and continued with out holiday. On day 2 we had returned to the room and noticed housekeeping hadn't been so we went to reception to ask and they told us that housekeeping wasn't included in our room. We were so confused, they told us we needed to come collect towels from reception as we needed them. We were disappointed even further and so consulted the website where we booked and they were also not aware of this policy. Each day we went to request new towels and dropped the old ones into housekeeping. While it was not the end of the world, we still payed over $220 per night; for that price I would have preferred to stay elsewhere. Positives - being in the national park it is very quiet & surrounded by trees & wildlife. The complimentary buggy service is great to get up & down the hill.

While Peppers has a great location, nice restaurant and buggy service that was really fantastic. Apartment was a nice size and had a nice view from balcony of the trees. The apartment was very disappointing, the photos shown on website are likely old as the carpet is now fraying in places, marks on most the walls including what looked like either old food or snot on the walls by the couch, couch felt greasy, mould in the shower and general soap grime in the corners. Even found a dirty teaspoon in the cutlery draw. Talked with the reception staff about state of the room and she said she would get the cleaning staff onto it which never happened. Would have changed to a different place if there was availability somewhere else. Honestly for the price we paid per night this was so overpriced. Wish I had taken a look at the actual reviews and not just overall rating before booking as can see much of the same comments about cleanliness and general state of the rooms and the replies from Peppers to the reviews are a cut a paste job and dont address any of the concerns raised as the bad reviews have been happening for quite a while. I really hope they lift their game as this would have been a great place to stay otherwise.

Stayed here for a girls weekend. Staff were friendly. Buggy drivers so accommodating. Hard gig with so many guest but they always picked you up with a smile. We stayed at the treetops and it was beautiful.

Absolutely amazing, perfect location, and buffet breakfast was amazing. The room was slightly dirty and a bit too small but good for 2 nights. Even though the room was small and a bit dirty, everything else was perfect and will definitely stay here again

The actual rooms are very nice and have comfy couches, a decent kitchen with a microwave, oven, kettle, coffee pod machine, fridge, and a stove with lots of pots and pans. For the unit I stayed in, there was a balcony with a spectacular view of the forest. The pools are very nice, but they are a bit too hot for my liking. The gym was pretty average, and the quality of the machines was not spectacular. A bench and/or deadlift/squat rack with plates would make it 100x better. but it is just a hotel gym, so.. anyway.. service was great, and the resort is in an AMAZING position as it’s close to the beach and surrounded by greenery.

What a stunner. Renovations are brilliant rooms are wonderful with outlook to the bush in our case. Worlds hardest beds an pillows BUT who cares? Restaurant is sensational and the staff are fantastic! Went for a conference and those facilities are brilliant as well

Absolute filth, without a doubt the worst accomodation that we have ever stayed at. Everything was dirty and the response by the staff was appalling, lodged a request for the room to be cleaned and all they did was change the sheets and folded the toilet paper, however did not clean the toilet. We also had a constant issue with the power tripping out and shorting in the door switch. We gave up and left early could not stay there another minute. We received a call from the office manager two days later apologising for the issues we faced asking what could be done to rectify the problem. To little to late how about you clean the rooms and fix the maintenance issues. What a s..thole. see pictures

I liked it really. The lush green area around the hotel with the unique sounds of those parrots 🦜 puts me in this Bali mood. Beach is just 6 mins walk through an amazing natural beauty or you can take the speedy buggy and get there in a minute. Breakfast was basic but good. Room is spacious with all amenities. It got 3 tvs but I couldn’t watch my Netflix. There is this Inter touch cast technology thing that I couldn’t really understand. But who needs Netflix when you’ve got all of these shops and restaurants just a walking distance nearby the hotel. Highly recommend 👍

Recently stayed at Peppers Noosa and straight away there were issues. Arrived to the bed linen being stained and dirty and had to ask for it to be changed. Rooms are very tired, with the couch being stained with a big mark of red wine stain. The shower head was full of mould around the silicone which I had to clean myself in order to shower my little child. Next to no information about the basics..eg. breakfast was included in our room price but I had no idea where or what time it is served. There is no information about whether our room will be serviced or not for the duration of our stay and it is unclear as there is a card in the bathroom advising to hang towel to reuse or place on floor to be refreshed. Upon calling reception was advised a room refresh was not included, which is absurd considering the price tag of almost $550/night. Needed to throw extra rubbish away as we had takeaway and had no clue where the bins were. Just standard hotel stuff that you would expect to be told/included in an information sheet. Pro: staff were all friendly and very accommodating when requesting for additional things like toilet paper. The buggy service was super convenient to get to Hasting St, particularly with a little child who doesn't like walking. For Peppers I think everything is very sub-par and regret booking our stay here considering the price.

We had such a wonderful stay at Peppers in a two bedroom apartment! Our room was quiet (which we did request) overlooking the greenery. Anything we asked for was actioned promptly and all staff were friendly. I want to acknowledge the lovely server, Karen, who worked at the breakfast area. She would always go out of her way to make a fuss of our toddler (who fell in love with her because of it) and was very attentive to our table. Thanks Peppers for a great stay!

Having stayed here before, albeit quite a few years ago, I was looking forward to our break here. It’s not what it was but still has a lovely connection to nature, once you get the right room. Don’t bother with breakfast. On prior visits we had always had a room connected to the national park so I was horrified that the room we were allocated had a balcony overlooking the road on one side and the internal walkway on the other. No privacy at all. On request the hotel fixed this and gave us a proper room but beware when booking that you specify this. I wasn’t aware such awful rooms existed here. The biggest disappointment though was breakfast, perhaps because I remember it as such a highlight previously. You used to sit in the restaurant looking out towards the ocean in a wonderful, bright, nature connected environment. Now they have breakfast in what can be at best described as a “food hall”. It’s dark and dingy and I don’t believe the food options and quality are as good either. The restuarant sits empty “set for lunch” and a completely wasted opportunity. Save the money and walk to Hastings street.

Such a disappointment I'm sorry to say! Imagine staying in the penthouse only to find so many problems ranging from a broken TV cupboard, broken speaker in the television, unclean rug in the lounge and carpet sadly needing replacement in the hallway. Most importantly the portacots came without cot blankets. We were told to use adult size blankets to my horror. I can't imagine the SIDS Foundation being too happy about that. In all honesty the position is very good and the resort is lovely but the overall condition of our room was very sad indeed.

I visited Peppers last week for a course in Energy Clearing for Land + Home. The food provided was lovely and fairly easy to trust as they had my dietary needs taken into consideration. It would have been good if it was just a little more clearly written. Overall it's a beautiful hotel, right near the headland and beach areas which were lovely to explore while I was there. The resort pool even had a steam room which I thought was a lovely addition. It has a great vibe overall 🥰

Had an overall great experience, an amazing place! 5 min walk to the beach and if you don’t want to walk they have buggy’s to escort you. Had a horrible receptionist though, tall dark hair Asian heritage, there was no need for the attitude and acted as though we owed her the world- not a very nice person needs a reality check

We stayed here about a year ago and the room looked nothing like what the photos looked like. The walls, carpet and furniture was in terrible condition. Overall the room was dirty, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! definitely not a grate way to start your holiday.

It was all good. Staff were very good We booked a one bedroom apartment and we enjoyed staying in the room, happy with the facility. Peppers is a very clean resort. I thought the exterior of the buildings looked freshly painted and nothing was run down or tired. We walked out of our room one morning and a staff member was dusting for any cobwebs. I thought the management work hard to keep the place in top condition. The buggy service taking you up and down to and towards Hastings Street was very good and we used it heaps. Staff were just so nice and no attitude at all. Breakfast was of a high standard and good quality food. We would go back again. Job well done and thank you Peppers. Nick

We had an amazing family holiday in a 3 br penthouse apartment ‘Sunrise’ building, with views to Noosa north shore and the rainforest. The welcome gifts were unexpected and amazing. The attention to detail in the apartment were second to none. The decor was delightful and the apartment was clean and welcoming. All staff were warm, helpful and personal touches made were so considerate and immensely appreciated. Buffet breakfast was excellent. The buggy rides to Hastings St was a particular highlight. The mattresses could do with an update. Thank you, we’ll be back.
