Unfortunately the worst Bunnings experience I've ever had. I regularly use Bunnings for plywood sheet which I get cut to size for my machinery in store. Bunnings Noosaville staff wouldn't cut the sheet and were rude and dismissive as I politely tried to clarify my options and their understanding of my request. It was a quiet, mid-Sunday and the more senior staff member wouldn't even talk directly to me. I normally like to give people the benefit of the doubt but this was about the worst service I've encountered in years. Bunnings Maroochydore did the cuts without dramas.

Ordered a click and collect … said they were delivering… they claimed it had been delivered and it never came . Then they come back with the wrong items which I didn’t accept and still are looking into it and haven’t given me a refund . It’s a shot show. They have no idea what they are doing . Do not order online !!

This bunnings is a perfect example of why we should not allow monopolies. Customer service is non existent and rather than get something from another shop for you. You can drive over an hour return to the next nearest bunnings. I will be supporting the small local hardware shops from now on.

Had a click and collect yesterday and my Christmas lights were not available. Leanne went above and beyond to assist and find replacement lights. Made my day ❤️ First class coustmer service Thank you 😊

This has to be one of the worst Bunnings stores in Australia. Everywhere was a mess, staff were randomly walking around with empty pallet jacks in narrow aisles, they had nothing we went there for and the staff were unhelpful. Definitely won’t return.

Wanted to share our recent experience with an order from Bunnings Noosaville. I tried to do the order online, with special order items, stock from other Bunnings etc, however decided to connect with our local Bunnings by telephone and email. Spoke with Jo, Trade Specialist who was an absolute pleasure to deal with, making the transaction so easy and seamless. Jo took full control of the order, including stock transfers from other stores, special order items, and instore items, and delivered the lot once received. Jo was very responsive and a great communicator. Thanks Jo!

Good Bunnings store I was surprised to find it is a bigger full sized stores. Large sized nursery as well. It has a dedicated tradies pick up. Lots of staff on hand to tell you where everything is. A great big car park with an area for trucks and vehicles with trailers.

Great staff and plenty of parking early in the day. As a builder, I can easily visit this place 5 days out of 7 during the week.
