Generally I love living at Havens. Super nice interior, sound-proof walls, simple living concept, friendly hosts, a nice community and obviously a good location. Finding new friends was a matter of a few days, since it's so easy to meet people in the building. Unfortunately my apartments "well-equipped kitchen" doesn't even have some basic utensils such as a potato peeler. Also each utensil (silverwares, plates, glasses, etc) is only available in a count of four (and cheap quality). I suppose that's why so many utensils are being taken from the kitchen in the common area by the community, as people don't have sufficient in their apartment.

Perfect place to start new chapter in foreign country. Havens team is always open to help and make tenants life easier. Life here is really comfortable and leaves you space to care for other priorities. Very much recommended!

Havens is great - the building itself has lots of advantages: it is super safe, well equipped gym and comfortable shared spaces; besides that, the location is also very good since it is located next to a numerous amount of bus stops and also the train station. Another positive point is the proximity to the REWE supermarket which makes life a hundred times easier.

A pleasant and contemporary accommodation for a six-month stay, conveniently located near various transportation options such as buses and S-Bahn. The staff is friendly, and the shared common areas are enjoyable. One minor drawback is that the gym turned out to be smaller than anticipated. However, a significant advantage is the presence of a gym within the building!

My studio is well equipped, modern and cozy. Internet is good enough to occasionally work from home. The staff is polite and helpful. So far I haven't had any issues. I would recommend this accommodation, especially if you're new to the city and need a temporary apartment without much of a hustle.

Very modern and well equipped apartments if you are looking for a temporary stay in Hamburg. Also the shared facilities are a nice add-on. The staff is very friendly, always reachable and extremely helpful. I very much enjoyed my stay here.

One of the most cozy and comfortable apartments I have lived in Germany The sound insulation level is very good, which is especially important after a working day. Also, for those who have just arrived in Hamburg, it will be very easy to make new acquaintances, since all different events are regularly held on the 8th floor, where you can meet a lot of people. Gym, laundry and other amenities make your stay here as comfortable as possible. If you are looking for a place to stay with all amenities, Havens is your choice!

Great place to live. I am a Student in university and have been living here for a month, and it is a perfect place to stay while in university. Nice, quiet, very good for studies. Also ver comfortable. I would recommend.

Living in Havens has been a great experience for me. The stylish interior and the concept of simple living within a community were exactly what I needed at the time. Despite the communal living, you can always find personal space, whether in your room or the library. Additionally, amenities like the gym and the prime location are definite perks. However, the prices are quite high, and I believe they should offer more affordable washing and drying options, as well as more dryes and washing machines (has been a headache not going to lie) to save time and prevent disputes. Overall, I believe living in Havens is particularly advantageous for ppl who have no family in Germany/Hamburg, as living with tenants around your same age will help you feel accompanied in your adaptation process.
