Unfortunately, my experiences have gotten worse and worse over the years (doesn't affect the treatment by doctors). As other patients have already reported, accessibility is almost non-existent. More than 10 calls throughout the day in both practices do not lead to any personal contact. It is therefore not possible to make an appointment after the battery consultation. You are asked to make an appointment in person or to check opening times online. Unfortunately, given the current fuel prices and in general, I find it unreasonable (you may have to consider health conditions). Even if the doctor is open for another 1.5 hours and the waiting room is almost empty (2 patients), unfortunately you will not be treated without an appointment. I can't understand that. The “friendly hint” from the employees that you have a free choice of doctor is the icing on the cake.

I was there on January 7th. at 3 p.m. in your practice and I am completely thrilled with the practice and the team that was there that day! First of all, finding a doctor who is open on a Friday afternoon on a bridge day is really great. In general, the practice opening hours are very good. There is a test tent in front of the practice to accommodate the desired test in practice. The test tent has very good opening times. My daughter came as a new patient and was treated without any complaints. The doctor took his time, explained everything calmly and the nurses at the registration desk were very friendly. My daughter will soon be too old for her pediatrician and I think she can switch to this practice without hesitation.

First of all, I don't really have to use the practice's services very often, but so far I have been greeted in a friendly and competent manner every time. Accessibility has never really been a problem so far, either write an email or show up at the acute consultation hours mentioned, then there is no reason to be angry. I'm glad that the preventive program exists in Karlsdorf and that it's run in exactly the same way. Anyone who thinks differently should try to imagine themselves in the position of such a medical facility.

Total chaos, poor accessibility, unfriendly MFA, unclear opening times regarding the infection consultation and the test center and confusion about what the infection consultation needs to be attended. When you ask, the only answer you get is “if you don’t feel well at all, come back this afternoon.” If you’re just glad you don’t have to go to the doctor because you feel more stressed after your visit to the practice than before.

I have been a patient of this doctor's practice since 2008 and am very satisfied with the competence and professionalism of the doctors and the entire practice team. Everyone is very friendly and explains me patiently when I have questions. The treatments always helped. I find the separation of acute consultation hours and fixed appointments very practical. The practice team is a really good support for the patients as they take care of and organize a lot of things. I have really been enthusiastic about the organization of this MVZ for years. I find a lot of what is criticized in the reviews presumptuous. I am grateful that the MVZ got through the tough Corona times with many extra tasks with us and coped with them so well. It's normal for something to go wrong. Personally, I am rather amazed at how calm and friendly the team remains, even though they have to explain for the hundredth time what is already on the homepage and explained on hold on the phone. I have also seen patients come in and immediately yell at the staff. The practice has a high volume of patients and manages it. Maybe everyone should think about the fact that we can be lucky to receive such good medical care. If not, everyone is free to go somewhere else. I say "Thank you for existing"!
