know
the
employees
on
site
personally,
so
I
don't
want
to
make
any
judgments
about
them
here.
But
how
appointments
are
organized,
how
people
are
dealt
with
on
the
phone.
That
you
read
emails
with
appointment
requests
but
don't
answer
them.
More
AMT
is
not
possible.
This
seems
to
be
a
general
problem,
as
friends
and
acquaintances
have
reported
similar
things.
Kindness
definitely
works
differently!

It's
easy
to
point
the
finger
at
others,
you
should
try
to
change
something!
For
those
who
seek
or
need
advice,
it
doesn't
matter
who
is
to
blame
for
impossible
behavior
and
no
idea.
What
is
important
is
what
is
received,
I
have
now
experienced
this
myself
and
not
just
through
“hearsay”
from
third
parties.
Just
as
they
respond
to
reviews
on
Google,
they
should
“inside”
ensure
that
the
official
odor
is
thoroughly
ventilated
away.
Acquaintances
have
already
been
called
in
with
COMPLETELY
false
claims
on
the
phone
(a
total
of
80
km)
only
to
find
out
on
site
(not
Lauterbach)
that
it
was
complete
nonsense.
To
correct

incorrect
calculation,
the
same
letter
was
used
as
for
the
incorrect
calculation
and
a
small
subordinate
clause
was
added.

I'm
very
glad
that

decided
not
to
try
anymore

see
if
Lauterbach
was
an
exception.
