Friendly and quick customer service. My boyfriend wanted his chain fixed because the spring/clasp area broke 2 hours before we were leaving Norfolk and flying back home to Texas so we went in and they were able to take care of us and get us in and out within a reasonable amount of time which was appreciated to ensure we didn't miss our flights back home. They have a nice additional loyalty program you can sign up for that will allow you to earn $25 after 9 purchases and even though we live in Texas we will definitely go back and do business next time we are in Norfolk/VA beach area.

EXCELLENT COSTUMER SERVICE, 100% GUARANTEED I passed by because of the "Google Reviews" everybody has a great comments about the shop, the Owner Mr. Hamid and the employees. I decided to give a try and I was more than satisfy not only for the results on the repair also for the help that the owner gave me. He took his time to tell me what was the best option to solve the problem and so he did it. Mr. Hamid fix my anchor pendant bail so it can fit on the chain. I will highly recommended the store and the service.

Extremely impressed with the quality of service here. I had a watch battery replaced 👌👌and a Tiffany’s bracelet needing a extensive repair with several missing parts. Well, I didn’t explain what I was expecting done, so obviously, I was a bit dissapointed when I picked up the bracelet. (I was basically expecting them to read my mind, which is unrealistic.) I sent a text message and didnt expect anything. Literally the next day, the manager Hamid took the time to give me a call and talk about how to fix it. He was so calm and concerned on the phone. It is really inspiring to work with people that are masters of their craft and care about their work. After that, everything happened so quickly! I went back and they were very eager to fix the bracelet and we discussed different ways we can make it happen. The most important thing to know is that this bracelet was in extremely bad shape and survived multiple warzone deployments on my wrist. It also survived a severe chemical reaction from gas in a Turkish healing bath. This little scraggly bracelet means a lot to me. It meant a lot to me that they cared so much. I never meant to be a difficult customer, but these feelings can catch one off guard. 🥹 Anywho, I didn’t need to explain everything. It seemed that they just naturally “got” that I was sentimental about this jacked up bracelet from my first long ago love. I was blown away by seeing they very much indeed care about their craft. This shop is a rare precious gem in the area. With truly a compassionate and dedicated team of people. My engagement ring broke just 2 days before my wedding. Needless to say, my fiance (now husband) and I freaked out. When I came in the staff was welcoming and understanding. They told me they'd make sure I'd have my ring by my wedding, and they did just that!!! Not only that, but the ring came back looking better than when it was originally purchased, and more secure. It is one thing to put something back to its original state and another thing entirely to see a potential recurrent issue and make modifications to prevent the worst from happening going forward. That is talent and a true demonstration that they care for their customers. They also set my husband up with a wedding band that suited him much better than the one we initially picked out. ;) Hamid is a fantastic and talented jeweler, and interacting with him and the rest of the staff was an enjoyable experience. Do not bring Citizen eco drive watches there. They were kind enough not to charge me after they moved the date to a day ahead and the time to two hours behind. After three hours of trying whatever. Not going back for sure.

The relationship was a love, hate relationship hence my rating. I wanted a ring I fell in love with and they were charging me $1550 for it after all the fees and what not. And that was out of my budget for the ring. I was only looking for $1k but ended up spending a little over $1400. A few days later I happen to walk by Kay’s in Virginia Beach and saw the ring I originally wanted and they were selling it for $1k but then took off $200 so with all the fees it was $1022. A $525 difference from the original ring I saw at this store. Plus the (KAY) manager rushed the fitting for me for free and the card gave me a $150 statement credit so all I got a better deal somewhere else for around half the cost.

Exceptional customer service, quality of work and professionalism. HK was able to create a beautiful custom piece as well as repair an existing piece. I very much look forward to my next visit.
