I've
been
putting
off
this
review
for
a
little
over
a
week
now,
but
I
need
to
mention
this.
The
customer
service
skills
are
horrible.
Worst
I've
seen
so
far.
There
was
no
line
and
I
felt
rushed
to
order
by
the
employee
at
the
drive
thru.
Then
I
get
to
the
window,
and
the
dude
is
just
holding
his
hand
out
for
my
card,
no
greeting
or
smile
or
anything.
I
actually
care
about
making
a
difference
in
people's
days,
so
I'm
always
smiling
and
asking
how
they're
doing.
No
reply
at
all.
Just
ignores
me
and
shoves
my
order
and
card
back
in
my
hands.
I
still
had
manners
and
said
"thank
you.
have
a
nice
day"
and
still
NOTHING.
I
understand
maybe
having
a
bad
day
or
something,
but
this
is
absolutely
not
how
someone
who
works
directly
with
guests/
customers
should
act.
If
you
cannot
communicate
and
positively
represent
the
brand
you
work
for,
do
not
be
at
the
registers...go
on
backline
or
something.
I'm
not
one
to
complain,
I
let
a
lot
slide
cause
I
know
how
these
jobs
can
be
stressful
and
draining
from
experience.
But
this
is
not
ok.
Completely
unacceptable
and
no
excuses.
