    So I get the same thing every time I go there. I get a bagel with cream cheese. I feel like they may think cream cheese is like butter because everytime I get my bagel there's the thinnest layer of cream cheese on it. Almost non existent. Even when I ask for extra cream cheese they still short me. I know they'll never look at these reviews so I'm not sure what the point is. The employees don't really care as long as they get paid. Customer satisfaction just doesn't seem to matter anymore. You can't really blame the employees either. This is a quality control issue. The person responsible for training, instilling a sense of urgency, and maintaining consistency in services is at fault. I worked in a restaurant for years. You make it better by simply taking pride in your work.

    Great, Dunkin', everyone was nice. Great supply of donuts. Can't beat a blueberry glazed and vanilla iced coffee.

    I have the Dunkin app, so I do visit DD regularly. Most DD I have been to put mobile walkin orders out in the open where anybody can have access to...and I don't like that! This is my first time coming to this DD, and this is the first DD where they held my order behind the counter, once I told them my order name then they hand me my stuff...so I feel a lot safer! The guy that helped me was really sweet (and cute btw).

    I've been putting off this review for a little over a week now, but I need to mention this. The customer service skills are horrible. Worst I've seen so far. There was no line and I felt rushed to order by the employee at the drive thru. Then I get to the window, and the dude is just holding his hand out for my card, no greeting or smile or anything. I actually care about making a difference in people's days, so I'm always smiling and asking how they're doing. No reply at all. Just ignores me and shoves my order and card back in my hands. I still had manners and said "thank you. have a nice day" and still NOTHING. I understand maybe having a bad day or something, but this is absolutely not how someone who works directly with guests/ customers should act. If you cannot communicate and positively represent the brand you work for, do not be at the registers...go on backline or something. I'm not one to complain, I let a lot slide cause I know how these jobs can be stressful and draining from experience. But this is not ok. Completely unacceptable and no excuses. hope this helps anyone visiting...or the team to do better.

    I went there today and I guess the person who served me was the manager (he had a red shirt) had the worst customer service ever and then he messed up my drink on purpose just because I asked for more coconut milk

    This Dunkin is absolute trash, this is the second time I’ve been there and I had hope that it was just a one time mess up but they didn’t even warm up my food all the way. The food was cold like from a cooler cold. The iced coffee I got taste like straight burnt coffee. If I could give no stars I would!

    I would much rather go to this location as opposed to any other location in the area. Other locations will act like it is a burden that you are ordering, the employees were kind here and service was speedy!

    I was impressed by the cleanliness (parking lot to the restroom) even after early morning rush, also the friendliness of the team. I enjoyed stopping here and will go back when I am in town

    On the app, I ordered a medium coffee and donut on National Donut Day. I drive all the way there to find out that they're out of donuts. Poor planning by management meant that I wasted time and gas. I had them refund my order and I will never return.

    The service at the drive through was very straightforward and quick. The food arrived delayed due to a malfunction in their card reader and a miscommunication on what order was mine. The drive through window was littered in Marijuana stickers.

    The drive-thru had a long line but they were able to progress through the orders rather quickly. I've only stopped here a handful of times and you could easily fit a pickup truck through if you have one. I ordered an everything bagel with avocado spread, they were not so neat in placing the order in the bag and the napkins they included had avocado spread on them already. Additionally I ordered a vanilla cream donut, it was early in the morning and you would think it was fresh but I think it was at least a day old. I'm only giving it three stars based on the quality of the products.

    Kept asking us what we ordered and then got half our order wrong. Turned around and went in to tell them and they took our entire order and threw it away. So they wasted the food and made us wait longer while they remade everything. And this is how they remade the food.

    Service was fast and the coffee was good. The menu in drive through, however, was past the speaker and microphone for ordering, which made it difficult to see the menu. It’s a drive through only location.

    Very cute inside and indoor seating. Wasn't busy when we went at 3:00pm on a Tuesday. The food and coffee came fast and correct.

    When I come to this location I usually order from the drive thru, but decided to come into the location today. When I walked in I was shocked to see how disgusting the conditions are of this place. They have roaches crawling all over the donuts in there. The workers just try to clear them off the donuts like it’s a normal thing. This place needs to be inspected and shut down.
