    Chick-fil-A 1501 Premium Outlets Blvd, I use to be Amazed at how Fast and Productive The Drive Thru Team uses to be ( *NOT ANYMORE* ). So much that I never bothered to point out the small things wrong in my orders. The Drive Thru Team Productivity and Speed is the BIGGEST Factor for me to Return Time and Time again. Running late for work no problem, The Chick-fil-A drive Thru Team will pull through for me ( *NOT ANYMORE* ). What uses to be an Amazing Drive Though Team is Disappointing and Slow. Combined with the Inaccurate Results from the New and NOT SO improved Drive Thru Window Team. Definity, a Reflection of The Managers Running the Show ( Not Everyone can Thrive under this Responsibility ). Heaters for Cold weather and Fans for Hot weather Outside. The Owers of this Chick-fil-A are really looking out for the employees working here. But yet the driver though pavement and parking lot are looking more and more run down every week. ( Trashy ) It would be nice to see the employees show some pride in this facility both inside and outside. I'm sure the building is not going anywhere, and since I have working 5 minutes form is location coming up on 19 years or 21 if you add the schooling. Have A Good Day

    put in my mobile breakfast order at 10:20, i show up at 10:30 to pick it up and they said they said they don’t have my order and i can’t reorder it because it’s too late. that’s why i put it in before 10:30. 2 stars because chickfila is amazing and doesn’t deserve 1. 2 stars because i put in my breakfast order before breakfast was over and i still didn’t get it. edit: they sent me free breakfast rewards. chickfila rules

    This is the first location I have been to, to sit in line for nearly 15 min for a salad and drink. Also, I asked for double salad dressing while ordering. Once I get to the p/u window, I check my bag to only receive 1. Once asked for additional dressing, I was told that they have a limit on dressing. Even offered to pay for the extra dressing. However, they still refused to give it. Chic-Fil-A has been around for many years now. At other locations I have never ran into this problem nor lack of customer service until I have visited this particular location

    My worst dine-in Chick-fil-A experience, by far, was at this location! The store manager needs to go back to get customer service training. Not only was my order placed incorrectly multiple times by the cashier who appeared to be a trainee, the store manager Anna was very crass and downright unapologetic for the errors and refused to correct the order. I had to ask for a refund. I rarely care to post any negative review for businesses but i am willing to go as far as making to call corporate to report this particular matter. 9:45pm Saturday October 28, 2023

    Easy access near the outlet mall, a large dining area inside and double drive thru lanes plus friendly employees and fast service make this a winner. Best fast food stop in the area hands down.

    We enjoyed our dinner and shakes last evening! Dining room was open, super clean and our service was great! The bathrooms here are very nice and kept up as well. We will definitely be back again!

    First of all the lady gave me back incorrect change. I gave her a $20.00 bill 💵 and I'm not even going to say what she gave me back. Literally I tell you that their was only 8 waffle fries in the large carton. But to top it off I asked for a side order of pickles and they put empty cup in my bag. THEY'LL NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN.

    Gave 3 stars because the drive thru young lady took the time to go inside and ask the acting manager if I could have my grilled nugget without the seasoning. Just simple grilled nuggets cooked without the spice. She gets the 3 stars because she was willing to ask for what the customer was interested in having. I share that to share this...every location I've asked for grilled nuggets without seasoning I have been able to get. It takes a little longer and I absolutely willing to wait. And willing to go inside to order and wait. Wondering if the business owner is aware of this practice? I'll continue to go to Chick-fil-A for my grilled nuggets, just not this location because I cant get them cooked the way I like them.

    We both had the chicken sandwich and we also got an order of tenders. The food was extra crispy and dark, I think the oil heat was excessive. We also got two large fries, one of the fries should of came in a small fry pack. It close to empty. We didn’t realize this until we were already on the interstate near chesapeake blvd. Wasn’t turning around at this point.

    Of course Chick-fil-A is world renown for it’s hospitality, kindness to everyone that sets foot on their property. But the one that is near the Premium Outlet is extraordinarily good. I was greeted every where that I turned, the lady that took my order was all that a customer could desire at a fast food restaurant. I ordered the softest sausage, egg and cheese sandwich and brother it the best that I have ever eaten. The restroom was spotless (inspection clean) immaculate! When you are in The Mermaid City (Norfolk) you must stop by. There you have it, 1501 Northampton Blvd is your destination…enjoy!

    Team was probably the quickest Chick-Fil-A team I have ever seen. There was a HUGE line. We were out of that line with our food in about 7 minutes. Also to note, we didn't order ahead on the app, it would have probably been even quicker if we did. Defiantly come here if you need food quick, and not to mention its Chick-Fil-A! Everything on the menu tastes good.

    I just left the drive-thru line. I ordered a salad and a nuggets kid meal. Got to my daughter's swim lesson and realized a salad had a bunch of brown old lettuce and the apples were starting to go bad that was within the salad. In addition I didn't even get a fork to eat the salad with. I tried to call the location and there was no answer. Unfortunately I don't have time to go back to the location today. $18 is a lot of money for this type of service. I'll be opening the bag in triple checking all of my items next time before I pull off. Edit. The juice box didn't even have a straw attached to it. Seriously? Explain that to a 3 year old.

    Fast drive thru service. Excellent staff members. Food is always fresh and delicious. I ordered a salad for lunch. The container was filled with fresh, crisp green lettuce and lots of chicken on top.

    I recently went on their Drive-thru service and ordered 4 items. I got my orders but was not able to check it if everything was there since the car behind me already got their orders first and was waiting for me for a little bit. So I drove home and found out that I was missing the one for me. So I called the store and asked for a refund. But was told she can only give me a store credit for 30 days for the item i missed. And i said i really don’t go to that store that much so why not refund my card and she said she cannot give me a refund because I am not inside the store. I got frustrated and i just said to not bother with it and hanged up the phone. Iam writing this review to find out if that policy is legitimate. I always order online and in stores and I have never encountered such a thing as not able to give me my money back without me being inside the store not unless I have to return the item in person or via mail. And they were the one who didn’t give me the complete order which I paid for. I love Chic-fil-a but with that I don’t think that’s acceptable. What if I’m just passing thru you would rather ask me to come drive back just to get what you missed? That’s being inconsiderate.

    It's Chick-fil-A, they have a reputation for being the best and this location was great. Clean restrooms and restaurant. Kind of hard to get in and out of for travelers. Food was great, the chicken minis are my personal favorite.

    Staff was rude, acted like they didn’t want to be there, and then when I received the food, the fries were extremely salty nor were they filled up. So then I asked for another set of fries with no salt, a staff comes out and says, “Well since you ate most of them, I can only give you a small.” I tried to say that I had only tried one, but staff turns and walks away before I can even finish talking. So she hands me another small fry and what do you know, these are even more salty than the first ones.

    My visa card was charged for a meal that I didn't receive. Everyone please be careful when using your debit/credit cards. The holidays are here and people are saving cards and going back and use them for their own personal well-being. That is considered fraud and also selling your hard earned money. You should not be taken advantage of. Save safe. Happy Holidays.
