Where
do
I
begin?
When
we
walked
in
to
the
restaurant
we
waited
at
the
front
door
for
about
5
minutes
without
being
greeted
or
acknowledged,
mind
you
there
were
about
3
tables
sat.
When
the
“manager”
finally
looked
up
from
his
computer
he
told
us
to
pick
a
table
but
every
single
table
had
crumbs
on
it.
When
our
server
greeted
us,
we
ordered
the
non
alcoholic
coffee
flight.
When
it
arrived
at
the
table
I
took
a
sip
and
realized
that
it
tasted
odd,
then
I
realized
that
there
was
alcohol
in
the
coffee.
I
have
been
sober
for
2+
years.
I
brought
this
to
the
attention
of
the
server
and
she
just
said
“oh
okay”.
A
simple
“sorry”
goes
a
long
way,
and
this
was
handled
poorly
by
every
person
in
that
building.
I
get
mess
ups
happen,
but
being
so
nonchalant
about
serving
a
sober
person
alcohol
is
concerning.
The
coffee
flight
that
contained
alcohol
sat
in-front
of
me
for
an
additional
10
minutes
while
they
remade
the
coffee
flight.
From
across
the
restaurant
I
overheard
the
bartender
explaining
to
another
customer
what
the
coffee
flight
was
and
that
the
one
on
the
bar
was
a
mess
up
because
“the
customer
didn’t
know
there
was
alcohol
in
it”….
Even
though
I
ordered
the
non
alcoholic
version.
When
the
food
finally
came
out,
it
was
luke
warm
and
there
were
incorrect
items.
The
server
didn’t
check
on
us
ONCE.
I
wish
I
was
exaggerating.
All
the
while,
our
server
and
her
coworkers
were
laughing
and
chatting
up
at
the
bar.
I
try
and
see
the
benefit
of
the
doubt
in
every
situation
and
I
believe
that
good
service
can
makeup
for
mediocre
food
however,
we
didn’t
receive
ANY
service
and
food
was
wrong
and
mediocre.
Good
thing
an
automatic
gratuity
of
18%
was
included
with
every
check,
because
this
was
the
worst
service
I’ve
received
in
a
long
time.
Sadly
the
quality
of
this
place
has
gone
down
over
the
years.
I
guess
that’s
what
you
get
for
going
to
a
restaurant
run
by
college
students.
I
never
make
reviews
and
I
feel
like
sometimes
they
are
pointless.
But
this
whole
experience
was
disturbing
and
honestly
concerning.
The
staff
needs
extra
training
and
a
class
or
two
on
customer
service.
Not
every
customer
wants
to
drink
alcohol
at
noon
on
a
Wednesday.
