******UPDATE (BEWARE)****** The owner tried to blame his bad service on myself and all my friends being drunk. (Read the below review) We didn’t have a drop of alcohol that night so take that how you want. Just a sketch place with terrible business practice. Luckily I’m nowhere near Norfolk and have a lot of wonderful Hookah places around me. Sorry to all the people stationed there who like Hookah. ____________________________________________ DON’T GO IF YOU ARE MILITARY. Myself and three of my friends walked in because we wanted to enjoy some hookah and it was the nearest place. Three of us are military. I asked if they had military discount out of curiosity and the owner said it was only Wednesday and to come back next Wednesday for the discount. I said that was fine and fully intended on enjoying the hookah either way! I don’t live around here, so wasn’t aware of the policies. So we decide what we wanted to order and then the waitress mentions their policy of buying drinks. One of my friends mentioned he wasn’t really okay with that and the waitress got somewhat defensive but then argued that she wasn’t offended. That’s fine.. I was okay with it and was intending to pay for everything myself anyways, even my friends drinks, but my friends were uncomfortable and I could tell they wanted to leave. So we said thank you but we changed our mind and proceeded to walk out. While leaving, the owner (I’m assuming. I could be wrong), said “WOW. Thank you for wasting my time!! Thank you for wasting my time” This whole thing took no more than five minutes, and was truly the rudest experience I’ve ever had. I’m actually polite to a fault, and I feel their reactions were very uncalled for. I’m not sure if they have a bad taste for military or were just having a bad day in general.. but I would never recommend that place based on this experience. I don’t ever leave reviews, but this customer service left such a bad taste that I immediately typed this.

I constantly enjoy this place. Staff real cool and are attentive to the customers. Definitely a nice place to chill. Not big but it definitely has a laid back vibe.

This establishment is a JOKE! They are misleading as far as the alcohol is concerned. They do NOT have a bar and only serve beer and wine coolers. The same wine coolers and beer at 7/11 it was 4 of us and we only had 4 drinks and it totaled $18.67 totally ridiculous for drinks I could buy at the convenient store 2 for $3.50.......this ISN'T the worst part! They had no A.C. UNIT in the dining area which is where the people were sitting, the WALL unit was in the hall way adjacent to the outside sitting area which is POINTLESS! I was very disappointed last night because according to the reviews this place was rated 3.6 stars NO WAY!!!! It definitely deserves 2 stars at BEST! It was at Saturday night and my party (4 of us) and another couple separate from us were the ONLY ones at this establishment. What load of crock with these reviews. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone unless you fancy this kind of treatment.

This spot is under the radar, but certainly worth the visit. The owner and his staff were very friendly. They were also accommodating even allowing me to hook up to my own Bluetooth speaker outside.. By far the best prices for hookah in the VA area..

This place is amazing! They have a huge assortment of flavors & the food never disappoints. It's a cozy spot that's great for unwinding after work or hanging out in a group. The owner is very friendly too! I've been going there for years & I love it!

By far the best hookah lounge I've ever been to. The staff is absolutely lovely, the hookah is fantastic and you meet all kinds of neat people! I definitely recommend this place for everyone! Also a plus for us in the military since it's so close, a wonderful convenience!

Very slow service. It was three of us and screwed up our order. The food was ok. The waitress was more interested on her phone than anything else. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Dark muggy environment, there's hardly a cook/chef there. The food is inconsistent and u can't tell who works there and who doesn't. Not somewhere you'd want to take someone on a date.

Great customer service here. The selection of flavors is huge, and the staff are always willing to help you decide on new mixes. They have tons of drinks available. It was a little bit crowded , but I think that's a testament to the great cafe that this is. There's also a nice mix of people here, and everyone is nice. The owner is super friendly and very attentive. I was yesterday there with my friends ..we got gyros and french fries and 2 hookahs and some drinks..the gyros were very yummyyy and the French fries were delicious !! The hookahs were really good ! No weird rules of extra charges !! I will definitely go back there and try some more hookah's flavors and more food . I highly recommend this place !!

Being new to the area I really didn't have a social scene to attend. I love doing a hookah everywhere I travel. The flavors are amazing. The atmosphere is really great. I even had the gyro and fries which is so delicious and a perfect with my cocktail and hookah.
