After waiting an hour for our food, we gave up and got our money back. I’ve never seen a McDonald’s so disorganized and short handed. Pay a REAL livable wage get some REAL hardworking workers. Pizza Hut next door was perfect.

Rude employees long wait times and disrespect from management. Drive thru is never open kiosks don't work properly and don't ask for help or you will be fussed at because you are a nuisance to the employees

This place should be shut down it’s hasn’t been a good business for long time. They don’t even used the drive throw for over 2 years, the don’t open on time it’s been almost 6 months and still stating they open at 0630. What makes no sense bcs most people are on base at 0500. I remember where the old mcd’s used to be and they were open early and super late. The manager was amazing. What happen to this place. Time for something new Norfolk Naval base.

Consistently fails to open on time. most sailors have minimal time to stop and get food before the day starts and love places that advertise opening before the work day. This location is a bait and switch because they rarely open at the listed time

DRIVE THROUGH is never open. Takes over 30min to receive your order. Takes the fast out of fast food. Absolutely horrible..

everything is good. just need to sync in with the mobile app is horrible. this location needs to update their mobile app online order and kiosk reward orders.

Always clean, always friendly. Can get busy at times but staff work well together to try and make wait times as little as possible. I can honestly say this is one McDonalds who doesn't need a third window! They actually get your order right the first time!

Worst McDonalds I ever been too.Cheeseburgers were old dried up and cold. Bread tasted stale and old , was toasted. Threw it in trash.
