As far as rentals go, Archers Green is a gem. I loved living here, and would have gladly stayed, had I not found a home to buy instead. I didn't make much use of the amenities, but the community is pretty quiet, and neighbors are friendly and respectful. The buildings aren't exactly new, but they are well maintained, and the maintenance team is quick to reply when needed. The office staff are communicative and friendly, and while most places will find any excuse to hold on to your deposit when you leave, they were quick to return the remainder after reasonable basic cleaning costs. If they have an opening, take it!

Do not waste your time. Do not put a deposit down on an apartment before being approved. Make sure you view your exact unit before signing a lease. Spoke with several current tenants who stated the neighborhood is not as quiet as it used to be and cars are constantly being broken into.

I toured Archer's Green Apts with my daughter, as she is looking. The first impression was really nice. The location is great. One entrance brings you in through a residential neighborhood and the apartments are tucked away into the neighborhood and blends in really well, but at the other end it is located close to Granby St, which makes it convenient to I-64. Some of the Apts have been nicely renovated. The young lady that conducted the tour was very helpful, and professional. She was very knowledgeable about the complex. I will also mention that these apartments are managed by Signature Management. They are the company that manages the apartments I currently live in. So if you move here, I can vouch that you will have great Management staff.

When we moved into our apartment initially I thought we were getting a great deal for the price. There are a ton of positive things I can say about this place it is very well kept, and maintenance is generally on top of requests. The thing that is driving my family away is my car constantly being broken into. I have experienced car break ins over 3 times. Its really getting out of control but I will say that the new leasing manager Amanda is very helpful at providing solutions and she truly cares about what is going on in the community!

I love Archers Green. The staff is always friendly, professional, and available. A special shout out to “Tony!” He’s always helpful, kind and a gentleman. I can be chatty, and he lets me.😃 He’s a nice addition to the staff. They’re attentive to keeping the appearance overall, beautiful. The grounds are always maintained and the atmosphere is quiet family living.

Let’s talk about it… Signature Management Corp. I am very hurt, humiliated and d disappointed in the way my kids and I was treated. We lived in one of your properties Archers greens in Norfolk Virginia. I was left without heat or hot water for 4 days due to a busted water heater. Which caused my Ceiling to leak in my bathroom destroying my bathrooms decor and ceiling. Myapartment was over taken with roaches( I reported this for weeks) the problem was addressed but never handled until I went to the office only to find out someone had lied to me. I had to leave my home on the holidays because of the roach problem. My children and I had to get a hotel because we had not heat or hot water. I called to The office to complain about these issues and I was NOT offered any compensation or accommodation …I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD LEAVE IN 30 DAYS WITHOUT PENALTY BUT I WOULD STILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DECEMBERS RENT on top of moving not at my request but theirs. Being that the apartment was uninhabitable I would have thought they would have dealt with me and my children with a little more care and compassion. I have never been late on mid bills or rent neither have I ever had a complaint or infraction. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. The lack of empathy and compassion displayed and shown to me and my 2 children was humiliating and heart breaking. I have lost time from work, suffered mental anguish, lost finances, dealt with the mental instability of my children because we have been uprooted and displaced due to people NOT wanting to do their job. ARCHER GREEN APARTMENTS IN NORFOLK,VIRGINIA YOU MUST AND SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO OFFER A GREATER SERVICE TO YOUR TENANTS!!

I have been at Archer’s Green for a few months and I have truly enjoyed being there! The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Whenever I contacted them about any of my concerns they have been quick to respond. Like yesterday it was extremely hot outside and I called Sony because my AC had gone out and it was 87 degrees in my apartment. He sincerely apologized and promised to get it taken care of. True to his word when I arrived home from work my apartment was nice and cool!😀 I also love the system that they used to give me updates. They ROCK!!!!

I have lived here since 2020 and will continue to live here for a while. Recently a new property manager took over, Amanda and she has been amazing! Not only did she immediately start hosting resident events but has helped me with issues specific to my unit with ease. I have put in maybe 4 maintenance requests during Amanda's time so far and she has reached out about every single one that same day. The maintenance team has always been exceptional and treat my doggie and I with great respect and kindness. I look forward to all the changes and events that Amanda and the leasing team will continue to implement!
