I
arrived
late
at
night
after
seeing
advertised
prices
listed
at
$64.
I
walked
in
and
was
met
by
the
most
rude,
unkind
customer
service
individual
I
have
ever
encountered
anywhere
in
my
life.
It
was
incredibly
awkward
despite
my
efforts
to
be
upbeat
and
kind.
She
told
me
there
was
only
one
room
remaining
for
$100.
I
told
her
I
would
maybe
look
elsewhere
as
I
only
needed
a
place
to
crash
for
a
few
hours.
Upon
reconsidering,
I
ended
up
just
booking
a
room
online
in
my
car
(which
saved
me
$10)
and
went
back
in.
I
cannot
even
explain
how
rude
this
person
was.
She
acted
as
though
I
had
ruined
her
life
by
walking
in
the
door.
I
told
her
I
had
booked
a
room,
but
that
I
did
have
a
dog
which
I
wanted
to
add
on.
She
said
that
room
was
not
a
dog
friendly
room
and
she
would
need
to
move
me
to
a
$64
room
(despite
at
the
beginning
of
our
conversation
telling
me
she
had
one
room
left
at
$100).
No
matter
what,
she
couldn’t
move
me
to
a
downgraded
room.
I
understand
this
because
I
booked
through
a
third
party.
My
issue
was
her
attitude
through
it
all.
Ultimately,
I
had
to
pay
for
the
$100
room,
plus
a
pet
fee,
all
to
stay
in
a
$64
valued
room.
I
stood
at
that
desk
for
45
minutes
all
for
her
not
to
be
able
to
figure
anything
out
until
I
just
offered
to
pay
the
$100
while
staying
in
the
cheaper
room.
To
which
she
said,
“why
would
you
want
to
pay
for
a
more
expensive
room
when
you’re
not
going
to
be
staying
in
it?
That
doesn’t
make
any
sense.”
Even
though
it
appeared
there
was
no
other
solution
or
refund
option.
I
drove
my
car
to
the
room,
unloaded
my
things,
only
to
find
the
room
not
cleaned
and
apparently
occupied-
very
gross,
half
eaten
food
everywhere,
linens
everywhere,
etc..
I
drove
back
to
the
front
desk
and
when
I
walked
in,
she
tipped
her
head
back
and
groaned.
I
apologized
to
HER
that
the
room
was
not
available
then
had
to
wait
while
she
found
ANOTHER
room
(again,
despite
saying
there
was
only
one
room
available
at
the
very
beginning).
When
I
left,
still
trying
to
be
cheerful,
I
said,
“maybe
better
luck
with
this
one.”
And
she
said,
“well
I
have
no
idea,
this
room
looks
the
same
in
my
system
as
the
other
one.”
Thankfully
this
room
was
not
occupied.
However,
it
was
GROSS,
dusty,
stained
sheets,
etc.
What
a
horrible
experience.
