The food is good but no matter when you order you wait over an hour for your food. They mandatory. Changed for tip on the card which is fine but why do I have to wait so long. I ordered food over a hour and a half ago for delivery and now they are closed and not answer the phone and my food is still not here.

Ok food, not the cleanest, old establishment. Restroom is dirty, see for yourself. Nasty, why would you store children high chairs in a nasty restroom....

This place was my go to Chinese restaurant. I ordered food for delivery today and they missed one item from my order. I gave them a call and they lied to me and wasn’t willing to Compensate me until I got an attitude. After I got an attitude they felt obligated to do what I asked. That is unacceptable. No integrity! Will not be going back! If they treat a regular with this type of regard. Imagine how they’ll do everyone else.

BEST CHINESE TAKEOUT IN NORFOLK! My husband and I have been going here non stop for weeks! We honestly didn’t expect the fresh food, fast service and reasonable prices at first. This is an absolute first pick for speedy lunch takeout. It has never taken more than 10 minutes to wait for an order (even a $40 order!!) We truly enjoy stopping here. We recommend the lunch specials and appetizers!!!! The fried dumplings and the lumpia are amazing!!

The delivery was fast we received it before they said it would get here, and the lady one the phone and the one who delivered where very kind and helpful. The chicken lo mein was ok and the orange chicken was good with a strong flavor. Though the reason I am rating one star is because when we got to our pork fried rice some of the pork was cooked but looked old, while the rest of the pork was half way cooked or almost raw. I would try again but I don't trust that I won't be consuming raw undercooked meat. If you do still try this place I suggest you stay clear of the pork.

It's hard to find good Chinese in this area but this place is great. Really good food, fast delivery and great customer service. Plus they have coconut shrimp!

Updated review: I placed a pick up phone order here today and was told my food would be ready in 10 mins. When I got there my food was ready but they had no internet connection to run my credit card. So I had to go to Wawa, get cash, come back to pay for my food. Very inconvenient plus I could've been told this over the phone when I made my order. I'll be going to Golden Chopsticks across the street. The restaurant has a nasty stench too.

Waited two hours for my order. Called restaurant they said I typed in wrong phone number. Also had the same issue where they changed the tip amount after the food was ordered. I live 3 miles they could find apt in that amount of time. My number was not typed wrong. Will not be ordering from here again

The food is good, the only issue is that you only get one ontre and if you want a couple different flavors you will need to order two different meals. This increases cost and gives you too much food. On another note, their small serving is definately enough for one person. However, if you order two small servings because you want to try two flavors, you will end up with twice the rice and two bowls of food. It's too much and leads to waste. I don't have a favorite dish, there are several that are good. Orange chicken isn't one of them though, it's simply fried chicken with orange peels and a little spice added. I'm also not much of an orange chicken fan... I simply tried it here several times and was disappointed each time. Other than that, it's a decent place to eat. One final thing to mention, chopsticks... you must ask or your getting a plastic fork.

Ordered their hibachi chicken & steak . It’s not the traditional Japanese Restaurant style of Hibachi but it’s good when you’re on a medium budget . This wasn’t $20.95 for Chicken and Steak like it would at the restaurant. 8.5/10 , yum !

We have been ordering food atleast 3 times a month for over 4 years. I tried to order food and pay over the phone like I usually do. I was told that for delivery I needed to order more. Decided to have my son pic up since I was out of town. They told me that I need to pay in person. The food is average. Service is horrible. I won't be ordering from them again.

First time ordering from here and it’s MAD good. The Lo Mein, 🔥. The bbq spare ribs, 🔥. I even got the home made lemon and DAMN it’s so amazing. Definitely be ordering from here often since I moved to this side of the water

This was my go to place on my way to work. I call in my order and pick it up on the way to work. Well they don’t Value there black customers ,the husband was waiting on a customer and the wife came up asking the man about his mother and stuff. I was waiting patiently.and then when it was my turn I walked up and they said something in Chinese to each other and walked away, while I was standing there trying to pick up my , CALL in order. they treated the other man nice and respectful. She looked up and start bagging food. So I told them to keep that food!! and Walked out. Never again!! Spend my money with company.

We ordered food from here once, it was mediocre at best. The bad part is that our credit card information was stolen by someone at the restaurant and they have charged us three more times for orders over 50$ each since we went. Then used the credit card info to go get a haircut. We (obviously) wont be back.

Been eating here for 27 years (that’s including time out of state of coming tk Visit and this is my first stop) it’s great food the sweet tea is the best!! Check it out !!

This is what I've been looking for down here. Its close to base and they deliver. Everything I ordered was on point. Hats off to your cooks. Shrimp Chow Mein and the General Tso's combo was great. Egg roll was even good. Outstanding.
