This clinic by far has been the worst I have ever been treated at. The nurse and receptionist were great however. The provider was extremely rude. I went in for flu like symptoms along with my service dog who’s trained in medical alert for a condition I have. No one at the clinic asked what his purpose was or what he does which isn’t too uncommon but it would have been useful. While waiting in the exam room my service dog alerted me to the fact that I had a panic attack coming by nudging my arm. So, we got up to go outside but the door ways were blocked by construction crews so we sat back down. When the attack finally came he began to bark at me. The provider then opened the exam room door and yelled in “he should not be barking” and then closed the door. No one seemed interested in why the dog was barking or bothered to ask if I was okay. After the attack passed we got up and left without being seen. We then went to another clinic across town to be seen and had a better experience there. Then on top of all that, they still charged me for the visit. I will never visit this location again.

Got here at 4:45 and there were 2 people ahead of us. Apparently this place takes appointments which kinda defeats the purpose of the place, if you want/need an appointment see your PCP. We have waited over an hour and now 4 people have gone ahead of us. Definitely DO NOT recommend.

Normally, it’s always an extensive amount of time waiting to be seen at some places, however, today wasn’t the case at OSF Urgent Care. Ashley and Randi were simply amazing to say the least. Not only were they kind, professional and experienced, they literally made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. Big kudos to the OSF Urgent Care team for employing such an amazingly talented and awesome staff. Love exhibited in chunks.

The Doctor during my experience at OSF was pretty terrible. On July 13th I came in after an episode of reasonably severe pain in my chest/abdomen and shoulder. I had also been experiencing several other issues closely related to gallstones and expressed them to the doctor who ignored every word. The Dr. then made an assumption based on one sentence about my background. She then created a new diagnosis based on symptoms that I was not experiencing based on inflammation that was never observed or checked in the first place. Then when I directly asked about it possibly being my gallbladder, the Dr. said no. That would come with the symptoms I had described in that appointment. OSF Doctors do not listen and do not care. They will charge you $340 to ignore your medical issues and force you to get a second opinion when they refuse to do any examination at all. In the end, I was prescribed an antacid for a gallbladder that needs to be removed at the end of the month. I will tell everyone I know, for the rest of forever, to never go here if you value your health.

So nice. Very quick. Would recommend to anyone. I walked in on a Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. and they took me right back. People were very nice.

Your staff is amazing. In less than five minutes I was checked in, vitals taken, seen by CNP, prescription called to pharmacy. Great experience 👍

Came it for some stitches on my hand, Barbra and Nikki were great, they were very friendly and helpful, probably the best medical experience iv ever had. Got me in, and stitched up and on my way promptly. Clean facility!

I was treated extremely well at this facility on Bradford Lane. I was greeted courteously and went immediately to an exam room. The nurse was thorough in getting information and vital statistics and the APRN N. Miller was terrific - proper diagnosis and care. The technician performing the service was also outstanding, painless. I have nothing bet good things to say about my visit there.
