Nice looking establishment.........but the food was horrible! First up was the potato skins. The bacon was not cooked and fatty and chewy....the Ceasars salads lettuce was wilted. The Cajun chicken and sausage was tasteless the penne was over cooked and mush. I am not one to write bad reviews unless it's bad. Might as well close the doors if your not even going to try.

Stumbled across it accidentally. Was looking for a place to eat. Boy, were we glad we did. Our waiter was great and the food was possibly the best I've had in a long time. Would highly recommend giving them a go.

Good food. The bread rolls were amazing. Decent portions. Out of 5 meals, 4 of them were salty. Otherwise, service was good and quick. The ambience was cool.

the food was terrible honestly. me and my friend were horrified. i had the stacked salmon with loaded mac and the mac was frozen and mushy. nothing was loaded about it. it tasted like vomit and i sent it back. the salmon was ok, the mash tasted like tv dinner mash if you get what i mean. some parts of the food were cold which means they served me reheated food. i paid damn near $30 for a half cold meal that wasn’t even fresh. i will never be coming back. the waitress was nice, i know the food quality wasn’t her fault and she took the mac off for me. but yea overall, don’t waste your time here!

4/12/23 During Dinner Time. First time visiting Logan's Roadhouse, and it will be the last. The servers were great and polite. The food was horrible. One order was pulled pork sandwiches, The texture of the pulled pork was like a paste (picture included). We ordered corn as a side (picture included), it was either very well done or was sitting for hours. The corn had a odd taste and looked inflated. We also ordered mashed potatoes as a side and there was a small chunk of mashed potatoes that was a pink-ish color. Not sure what that could of been. Lastly the table was not clean. Had several sticky glass rings on the table. We weren't impressed but hopefully if you try it it will be much better for you.

Great steaks and burgers! Always good, friendly service too. The fried cheese and bacon burger was awesome! Fun, cozy atmosphere with music.

Wish I could leave something better and wont go into long details but last visit to Logans. Had to ask for silverware then got dirty serving. Steaks over cooked and sides were cold. Many others and I was hoping for better experience.

Waited 10 minutes for a booster seat for our toddler, then waited an hour for food, then had to wait 10 more minutes for silverware. Not sure if it was an off night or something but I won't be coming back to find out

Staff was more worried about horseplay than patrons. Very disappointed! Which is very hard for me to say since Logan's is 1 of my favorites

Awesome staff from reservation to greeter to a wonderful waitress Wendy. It was my girl friends birthday and the food was awesome. Must try bacon appetizer, prime rib and shrimp were the best we have had in years. It was a 2 hr ride but so worth it. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. We will return.

Been here twice both times they were out of prime rib and the second time we were here they were out of mashed potatoes and baked potatoes. We won't be coming back

The food and service were excellent Riley S was a great waitress . She came often to check on us to see if we needed anything. It was three of us all motor coach drivers we thank you for your awesome service. Will definitely be back if I come back to the area .

The new chicken and sausage Alfredo was fantastic! I hope they make it a regular menu item. We had a new server - Angie and she was the sweetest thing! So personable and helpful. Definitely hope to see her again!

I went here last night with family and everything was amazing - the drinks, the food, and the service. The buttery rolls are the perfect starter. I got one of the Tropical AF Hurricane cocktails and I highly recommend! I also got the Shrimp Stacked Salmon and it was delicious. The server was very attentive and friendly. Everything here was so amazing and I cannot wait to go back. Highly recommend this place.

I will start by saying Everything was very good. Service, prices, wait time, food taste, portions....all good. I was with a group...guys choose the place and paid for. It's good, its a guy place! Meat,potatoes, bread! Guess i was in the mood for soup and chicken salad sandwiches! Take your man ....he will like it!

The service was good. Food was awful. Two prime ribs and two sirloin were tough and tasteless. None of our family finished their steaks. Won't pay $80 again for bad food again.

Table we were seated at was dirty. When we got our food, 4 of the 7 meals were cold. Definitely not going back there.

Visited here on a Friday evening without a reservation, only had a short wait even though they were very busy. Great atmosphere and the steaks were delicious. Service was great.

It was okay. Reminded me of any other steakhouse. Our waitress was a little off for no busier than what they were. Kind of pricey compared to similar restaurants.

Dad and I stopped for lunch he had the sirloin I had a NY strip both were cooked perfect. We had Markia as our waitress and she did an excellent job of taking care of us always with a smile. We will definitely stop in again when we are going through Bloomington Normal. Thanks

Had not been there for a while because of poor service. Boy did things change. Our girl was pleasant and caring, and the food had improved also.

GOOD Food and Service Clean

4 dinners ordered, appetizers, drinks. Service was good, appetizers and drinks very good, steak, done as ordered, very good. Fish was cooked nicely, ribs were ok. Prices were reasonable. Loud, but you could have a conversation.

Overall our waitress made our experience very good! Food was great! Well worth the money! A bit pricey, so better for a date night! The host was rude and seemed overwhelmed. Coming in he said "hi" "how many" then follwed by "wait while we catch up"We even tried to say goodbye as a nice gesture to him and he saifd "yup you too". As i saif the waitress made our experience better!!

Visited yesterday (2pm) service wasnt very good had to wave to get waitress attention for refills also over heard 2 other tables complain about cold food. Never had this issue before but service wasnt that great yesterday. Disappointing when u spend $150+ 5 adults and 1 child

Well when you have prime rib only on weekends and run out at 7 at night. That's not right.
