stinks!
We
lost
or
local
Penney's
several
yrs.
ago
and
this
is
the
store
that
is
nearest
to
me.
I
often
order
online
then
go
to
this
store
which
is
an
hr.
away
to
pick
up
my
items.
Usually
this
works
okay.
I
will
say
the
one
place
to
pay
has
the
most
unfriendly
man
working
the
desk.
Maybe
he
doesn't
like
working
there
and
is
just
biding
his
time
till
he
can
retire.
My
latest
issue
is
that
I
ordered
a
dress
to
be
delivered
to
the
store.
Before
it
came
in
I
found
a
dress
and
no
longer
needed
the
dress
that
was
ordered.
When
I
got
the
notification
that
the
dress
was
in,
I
tired
to
contact
the
store
to
let
them
know
I
would
not
be
picking
up
the
dress.
I
was
never
able
to
reach
ANYONE!
So
I
assumed
that
if
I
didn't
pick
it
up,
it
would
either
go
back
or
be
put
out
in
the
stores
stock
to
be
sold.
When
my
monthly
bill
came,
I
was
charged
for
the
dress.
I
have
repeatedly
tried
to
contact
the
store
over
the
phone
and
NOT
ONE
of
the
departments
answer
the
phone
so
that
I
can
speak
to
a
real
person.
The
operator
never
answers
either!!
How
can
a
business
be
ran
this
way?
