Had been to several stores looking shoes for a young boy's birthday. Finally found something nice at JC PENNEY. Originally $35 paid $22 on sale. Employees very friendly & helpful

Chris the stylist did a terrific job on haircut and beard trim and very nice and willing to listen and to help customers, he is very customer friendly I will recommend him to friends and family

Penney's isn't what it used to be but this is a good store. Still some decent priced clothing and my wife likes their blouses and pants.

This store was practically empty. There wasn't much of a selection of women's summer clothes. I ended up ordering something online.

Limited options for big and tall. Couldn't find any dress pants for my father. Only leisure wear. The place wasn't very stocked. No one around to help me.

This store stinks! We lost or local Penney's several yrs. ago and this is the store that is nearest to me. I often order online then go to this store which is an hr. away to pick up my items. Usually this works okay. I will say the one place to pay has the most unfriendly man working the desk. Maybe he doesn't like working there and is just biding his time till he can retire. My latest issue is that I ordered a dress to be delivered to the store. Before it came in I found a dress and no longer needed the dress that was ordered. When I got the notification that the dress was in, I tired to contact the store to let them know I would not be picking up the dress. I was never able to reach ANYONE! So I assumed that if I didn't pick it up, it would either go back or be put out in the stores stock to be sold. When my monthly bill came, I was charged for the dress. I have repeatedly tried to contact the store over the phone and NOT ONE of the departments answer the phone so that I can speak to a real person. The operator never answers either!! How can a business be ran this way?

When you have a jc gold card they really do go out of the way to help you to make sure you have the lowest price they'll find coupons for you they're so great! The Hair Salon is also great. I recently had needed a hair cut I've been growing out for years and she did not cut off more than I asked she just cut the split ends never taking off more than an inch just like I asked.

Best place that I've found for big and tall clothing.

When we can in there were 3 employees standing in front of the saphora area talking, not one of them acknowledged us I'm 90% sure at least one of the ladies was a manager. The selection was extremely limited for plus sizes and almost everything plus size looked like my grandma would have wore it in the late 1800's

Good place to shop. I just wish they would have a better selection for the tall men. It's so hard to shop for men here.
