These people aka Nurses in the ER act as this is more of a business than it is to TAKE CARE of the patient. This sounds like greed. I was treated the worst i have EVER been treated in my life. Unprofessional and abusive. No care for patients when they are at thier weakest time. Disgusting!!! DONT GO THERE!!!!

Dr. Terry Hill absolutely terrible. I fear for his future patients. Please don’t go here. By far the worst doctor I’ve ever had experience with. Gave us one option yet the nurses gave us 4 more before he came in. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Scoffs at you and throws his hands up. I was there for my three year old. We left the ER to go to OU medical for better care and to be treated like a human.

DO NOT GO HERE. The nurses physically and mentally abused my elderly mother during ER visit. The photo of the nail marks in her arm will be provided to the correct channels. This place will likely harm you instead of help you. So please for the love of god stay FAR AWAY!!

Noble Residents need to Demand That Hospital Staff Treat Our Citizens With Dignity and Respect , emergency room staff is irresponsible and clearly abusing our new built emergency room to make a Paycheck , do not let “Dr. Andrew partake in any medical decisions he will blatantly push your emergency situation aside and claim your person is “lying” On Saturday September 16th my father was brought in for possible stroke , where regional nine made my father wait and belittled him after an emergency “THEY PLAYED IT OFF AS A FAKE SICKNESS” , ou health in OKC IMMEDIATELY admitted my father into ICU ! There will be a lawsuit , Norman REGIONAL IS A MONEY PIT THAT WILL KILL YOUR LOVED ONE . AVOID THIS NEWLY BUILT DEATH HOUSE

Kind, courteous, expedient, I could not have been treated better. Just an absolutely top-notch facility!!! Doctor Cody and thee entire staff were simply amazing.

Ridiculous you sign up all your information on the phone and they say it would take about 5 minutes. It was more than 5 minutes. Then when the doctor checked my Mom he barely did anything just checked the breathing and that's it and said to pick up meds From over the counter and that was it and send her home. I COULD DO THAT IN MY HOUSE FOR MY MOM ASK HER TO BREATH IN AND OUT.WASTE OF TIME EVEN THE RECEPTIONIST SAID THAT WAS TOO FAST. I THINK IS A DISCRIMINATION ISSUE 😡👎 PLEASE BE PROFESSIONAL AND CHECK THE PATIENT THOROUGHLY NO MATTER THE RACE.
