Our server was Ace. He was very friendly, fast and efficient. Our food was so delicious. It was all freshly cooked and was cooked exactly as we asked. Our coffee was fresh, hot and delicious. Thanks for a great visit, Ace.

Met a dear friend here for a breakfast hang last Monday. Was greeted by a nice hostess. Service at the table was incredible. Coffee cup was never low!! ☕️ ⬆️ it was refreshing having a good breakfast with great service. I feel bad I did not get the servers name. This IHOP service rd. And I-35 in Norman is the best 1. My bf orders an omelet and adds a Salisbury steak with gravy and mushrooms cut up and on top. I know it's unusual but it is good and they get it right!! It can be 1am or 1pm and they are the best!!

Arrived early in the day and they only had one other customer. Was seated at a booth and was offered coffee and a menu. Place was clean and well lit. Ordered 222 (two eggs, two pancakes, and 2 slices of bacon). Switch from bacon to turkey bacon. Plate with syrup on the side came in short time. Everything was cooked nicely and was tasty. Waitress was courteous and attentive throughout my breakfast. Place filled up fast... noticed the place was about three quarters full on my way out.

Too expensive!! Service was too slow. Prices are extremely overrated for food that took forever to arrive, was cold when it finally did make it to the table, and did not come all at once. A few things were brought to the table while others had to wait till almost the end of the meal for parts of their order. And only after asking about it! Also, the prices were exorbitant considering the incredibly small portions. If I am paying $15+ for an omelet and hashbrowns it darn well better be a plate full of food! If it's not then the price should reflect that. My meal wasn't worth more than about $8 and yet I paid $15 plus almost $4 for a drink and still more for vegetarian sausage. What should have been a $45-$50 meal (there was only 5 of us!) for my daughter's bday cost me $100. Absolutely Ridiculous. I will not be back. No thanks. I can make a better meal for less myself! -

Decided to order eggs Benedict with my wife and to be honest it was just plain terrible because my eggs come out as hard boiled eggs. To be fair they did make it right by remaking the order but because I had to wait for another 15 minutes my wife and I couldn’t enjoy our meal together. Id have been a little more understanding had the manager who seemed very outraged at the mistake offered to take something off our bill. I didn’t say anything and just paid the bill but probably won’t go back here again.

Today the food and service was meh 😕.. I came in early like 7am ish. Not very many people so I figured it would be fairly quick to get my food. I got my usual the cupcake pancakes combo (bacon over hard eggs) it took a while to get my food and I honestly think the waitress just forgot because she was talking to a customer about her brothers gallbladder removal. When she finally brought my plate the only thing hot were the eggs.... like I knew the pancakes were cold because when I cut into them the whipped cream didn't even move... Normally it will slide off like butter when the pancakes are hot. The bacon was wayyyy more crispy than usual and the hash browns were warm but not like a right off the grill warm just a they been sitting there too long and cooled off warm. The waitress was very nice just not attentive... Possibly because she had a few of her regulars and she was chatting them up. So all in all just an ok visit this time.

Ordered the chicken fried steak breakfast, the meat was good, the scrambled eggs with cheese, onion and bell peppers were on point and I got potatoes instead of hash browns. If I could've ordered this off the app I would, but you can't make that many changes and add and subtract on your own in the app, so I had to call. 😒 Nice and polite only they told me that their computers were down... I was sad, but then he tells me he can take my order and have it made for when I get there.... INSTANTLY happy again! So I order get my food and added 2 drinks. Now, with my meal I get 2 pancakes, and I asked if I could substitute them for the new lemon ricotta pancakes, and he says yes. When I sign for my check it's $40 with tip. He had added a full stack of special edition pancakes and still the 2 with my meal. Had to throw the full stack away. I hate throwing money away. But my fault for not verifying my order. The gravy wasn't the best either. But I I still loved it. Thanks IHOP!

We eat at the IHOPE often. We love Happy hour. This time it was for a briner meal. The brisket bowl was fantastic. Glad I had it. We always get pancakes breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The food and service were good, the only thing, they had just one waitress, and for that reason, she couldn't clean up the tables.

Our server was a cool dude, I enjoyed having him. The food however? Way too overpriced for what it is. The chicken strips were good, but the waffle was not. It had no sugar in it, it was basically like eating textured air. I didn’t like the waffle at all, even after putting syrup on it. The Eggs Benedict was extremely overpriced! They didn’t even cook the eggs correctly. I liked the coffee and hot chocolate we got. The server was nice and put whip cream on my coffee.

Clean... waitress was easy to understand and quick with our order. Food was good too!!

Came early in the morning. Front desk employee was too busy hitting on girls then cleaning tables and servicing new business. 10 min wait in empty restaurant. Pretty inappropriate to give your phone to girls to get numbers while you're working. The girls clearly found it awkward and uncomfortable. We left. Won't ever return.

My Soul Sisters and I were out celebrating my Birthday, so after a late night, we decided to stop in for a bite to eat. The food was good but it was the service that blew us all away. I believe all of us felt like we'd just made a new friend after leaving. Our waitress knew the menu and even rearranged two orders to save us money. She even brought me a sundae and they all sang, Happy Birthday to me. So yeah, we didn't just have a meal, we had a great time!!

Very good breakfast. I had their Classic Eggs Benedict with Extra Crispy Hash Browns with Coffee. Vincente was my waiter and he took great care of me.

0/10 recommend. I spent $55 having this delivered via door dash. I ordered my food at 10pm, it is now 11:40 and my food is now on its way. I know this is partially due to a dasher not getting assigned to my order in a timely manner, but even after a dasher was assigned, they waited on my food at the store for well over an hour.

Me and my girlfriend are here all the time and Shawn has been a great server every time. We have had him as our server a few times and he is always very easy to talk to and a genuinely nice guy! Hearing him talk to customers around us he had the same positive energy for every person. Thank y’all for the great service.

This poor IHOP has seen better days. I’m sure it doesn’t help that their was one cook at 5pm on a Friday, for how long our table waited you would expect better service. The food was good but every other aspect needed improvement.

Only giving 1 star because of the waitress. She was attentive for the first 10 minutes then stopped, only time I have been told by wait staff when asking for something several times "I'm busy" blond short haired waitress worked 2/8 at night if the manager wants to know who.

I am being generous with 2 stars. We waited far too long for our food. A good hour just for our food. The food we did get was mostly cold or barely warm. My sister in law didn't even get all of her food, only the french toast extra she ordered. My mom had to have her food re made as it was wrong the first time, and the second as well but at that point she was too angry and hungry to try again. My brother did not get the extra side he ordered.

We went to this iHop because we had a HORRIBLE experience at the Moore location. Essence greeted us, seated us, and served us. She was awesome!!! It was nice getting customer service and a great attitude! Thank you for turning a bad experience around. We will drive the extra miles for this iHop.

Turning out some good breakfast food. Fast friendly service. Colorado omelet was very meaty and tasty. Only downside was coffee was weak.

I went to pick up a doordash at 5 AM. They had 0 customers and no cars in the lot. I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes while I heard the waitresses talking and cussing in the background, the manager was in the kitchen playing grab a** with another waitress and as I stood there I watched him finally walk over to the food printer and pull the ticket, the single only ticket the restaurant had, and he put it on the line and started cooking it. 5 minutes after I arrived. It took me 12 minutes to get to ihop which means that's a 17 minute wait and he hasn't even started the food yet. Very poor performance. You should get some advice from Denny's!

First I want to say we had some of the best service. Young man that I don't remember his name. Food was good and fresh. Fast service, we left completely satisfied!

I LOVE this place, eating here on a consistent basis, let's you know a successful restaurant can be ran even if you have changes in staff, and management. Both have changed more than once in the past 7 years, but surprisingly their staff all remain awesome.. that's a chain that's ran right. I could go on and on about this place, I would give it 10 stars if I could. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE .....AC '22

The food was good. The waitress was friendly and helpful. Prices are going up, like everywhere. Still not bad, Sr discounts availble. Staff was friendly. My only complaint was a little slow on seating us. No one was at counter. Other than that, I probably would have given them 5 star.

The food was delicious. I got an egg white spinach and mushroom omelette and my mom got a ham and cheese omelette. Both came with a short stack of pancakes. The only issue I had was how long it took for our order to come out to the table. The restaurant only had a few tables since it was around 7:45 pm, but it took a good twenty minutes to get our food.

Stopped here around 9pm on a Sunday night, heading home to Texas from Missouri. The manager on duty greeted us, sat us, and took our drink orders. He let us know that they were short handed with only one waitress there. Being that the 3 of us traveling have all worked in food service at one point or another, we understood and we're ready to be patient. The waitress, Leigh, brought us our drinks and took our order in a timely manner, despite what the manager said and having the other customers to attend. She was very nice and respectful. Eventually, another waitress walked in and helped the next group of people that came in but not 15 min after showing up she was stepping outside and asked Leigh to watch her table. Leigh said ok in a friendly tone. I was so impressed with her she was handling everything like a boss! I heard no grumbling from any customers, she was getting all the orders and refills for everyone, flitting around like a little butterfly. It was refreshing to see her keep her composure in such a stressful situation. LEIGH is the reason for this ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. IHOP, give that girl a raise!

Came in 5:40am, no waiting, we are the only customer, lol. Quick service, good food. Always like their pancakes.

Food was horrible… eggs should have been over medium… Looks hard to me!! Service was awful waitress touching her face and the handing the plates to customers (🤢) instead of placing them in front of them.
