If you want a good burger done right this is the place to go! Got a burger all the way and it was super delicious. Fries were over flowing the container and were good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was nice and clean. While you wait they have free peanuts in the shell.

The best Five Guys in OK!! Chorus is a fantastic manager. The restaurant is always extremely clean and has the best customer service when he’s working!! I hope I spelled his name right. Definitely going to come back because of him

Norman location Burgers were OK, fries were greasy and over done. Every table in the place was dirty and no one was cleaning the dining area. This location needed some serious cleaning attention

Don’t recommend working or eating here. The management don’t know what they are doing they go through new people like it’s nothing they will tell you the wrong things when trying to start the job and never gets back to you when u leave a message or call. And with the food you’re paying 12 dollars for an unseasoned burger 💀 like they just roll it up and flatten it down and stick it on the grill.

Top tier. I appreciate a place that appreciates quality. Common complaints from people are: This place is overpriced. For me, you get what you pay for. This stuff is always top notch. And even if you order ahead of time, they don’t drop your fries until you arrive so they’re always fresh and made to order. The bacon is always crispy off the grill. The staff is always friendly and hard at work! I wish every restaurant was this way!!! Only downside is no curbside option, or I would eat here a lot more. Or an order pickup drive thru.

Came and ordered a burger, small fry, and small shake. Food was great! Staff was so friendly and kind, I just had to ask for their names to write a review for them!! Bryson, Jalen, and Issac were exceptional!!

Consistently good: tasty, fresh and the restaurant is clean. The only issue I have is the price. I know everything is going up, but their costs cannot be that high! Once prices go up, they rarely go down. This may only be a once-in-a-while treat going forward, but I still love Five Guys!! I cannot fathom taking a family there.

Best burger I've had in years. Fries were hot and everywhere! I'd definitely go back.

FOOD HANDLING VOILATION... I came to this store to eat today and as I'm waiting for my food I look over and the cook (who's wearing gloves I guess to protect himself not the customer) was just casually munching on the fries he was cooking! Right next to the manager!! My mouth hit the floor.

Cheese veggie sandwich, small fries & strawberry shake. Good food if a little pricey. Good customer service & serving speed.

They used to be good however the last 3 months wrong burgers, shorted orders an today paid for large fry and got a small. Like I said, used to be good.

Good food, but fries were little bit salty

First time to visit here. I ordered ahead for carry out and was greeted as I walked in which I really appreciate these days. The food was on par for Five Guys restaurants and will come here again.

I come here least twice a week. You just can't beat those damn burgers. And I can't go to any other restaurant and burn my mouth on a French fries on a regular basis.

The best burger ever in the US!! Small one is similar to a regular size in other store. Cheese burger was good👍 Kajun fried potatoes was so gooood

The food is very tasty but basic ingredients for the price if you ask for bacon they don't put enough and the price is very expensive 20 dollars per person to eat 2 adults and two children were 80 dollars
