You know that happy, welcomed feeling you would feel when you pulled into your childhood home driveway? Well, I had never lived in an apartment complex before, but Savannah Ridge was highly recommended to me when I first moved into Norman from out of state. I lived there five years, and I really loved it! The pool was kept fresh and clean, the managers dealt promptly with any issues that came up, and the neighbors were friendly; Savannah Ridge was my home. I'm in a house now, but whenever I drive by Savannah Ridge, happy memories of my time there fill my mind. I still stop by now and then to say "Hello!" at the front office. Savannah Ridge is a good place to live!

thin walls, little mouse problem, still waiting for my screens to be added to my windows (been 3 years), usually a dirty pool, laundry room goes down alot, no renevations or new ac unit but rent went up over the past 2 years. going down hill fast

Savannah Ridge has been my home for 3 years now and hopefully many more to come! Such a great and quiet community. The property managers are fantastic at communicating and maintenance issues are resolved fast!! If you are looking for a great quiet place to live look no further!!

Eh it's ok but not for the price. Took them at least 3 times to fix my door seal , Had bugs crawling in the first couple days after moving in. Cabinet draws didn't have any slides, they use some cheap plastic so if i we're to pull the drawer out it'll dangle down. They'll charge you $50 for the worst internet ever, was told I was going to have cox day of signing in May and about a week later before move in they tell me they've switch to something worse to charge everyone. Contacted the isp company , they charge $50 for they're best package 900mbs. But due to the contact with savannah, I'm being charged for 100mbs. Bubbly paint & dirt spots on cabinet and walls & they didn't bother to clean the dead flies near the windows or scrap the paint off the windows either.

I have lived in a few different apartment complexes in three different states. Savannah Ridge in Norman, OK has been my absolute favorite. I am coming up on two years of living here and only have small, miniscule complaints. Move in was so clean, property managers are so kind and helpful, and it's a quiet but supportive community (best of both worlds in my opinion). Maintenance can sometimes get backed up but they do their best staying on top of it and bringing in help. The good thing is they are always communicative so you are aware of what's going on. They hold fun events to keep the community alive. Pool is nice and new fitness center is coming! Cannot recommend this complex enough.

Lovely property that's making tons of improvements! It's such a peaceful and safe community. Not too big and in a VERY Nice area of Norman. Pool is well kept and they have a laundry facility or the apartment had washer and dryer hookups. The Property Manager is great and responsive. I loved my time there!

Hands down the absolute BEST apartment home living experience myself and my children have ever had! Amber and Jenna were so responsive, attentive, kind and helpful anytime I had a question or needed help. They were warm and welcoming from the day I stepped in to apply. Brian from the maintenance team was wonderful! The whole staff knew my family by name and made us feel safe and comfortable always. I highly recommend choosing them for your future apartment home!

The leasing team at the Savanah Ridege is one of the most professional leasing team I have dealt with. They greeted me with smile, listened and answered my questions. They reviewed my application, ✔️ my references and approved my application in a short time. I was able to move my apartment next business day. The apartment was professionally cleaned and well maintained.
