Dr. Austin and his staff are wonderful. Always kind and polite, office is always clean. Dr. Austin truly went above and beyond to fix a problem with my tooth that was very stubborn to fix, and his staff fit me into his schedule quickly when I had an emergency. Even when my issue took much longer than expected I never felt rushed or unwelcome because Dr. Austin and his staff continued to take the time necessary to correctly fix my tooth. I have proudly recommended him to my friends and family.

Took my 3 year old grandson for his very first dental appointment to Dr. Austin today. The staff and Dr. Austin were awesome!! Everyone was very professional and friendly. They made my grandson feel at ease and answered all his questions. After his appointment was over he got to choose a prize from their treasure chest. Also their office is beautiful and very clean. We couldn't have had a better experience. I highly recommend Dr. Austin for young patients as well as adults.

I decided to have a second look based on my experience at Bright Smiles (Decay Underneath) Family Dentistry. You can see my review on their page. Long review summarized: I had gone in for a routine cleaning and was told that I had three small cavities (didn't offer to fill them until January), needed a crown, and my wisdom teeth wouldn't bother me for a year. I called them on Wednesday, August 22 and explained my situation - no insurance after a week and a half and wanting my fillings done and his opinion on a crown. The soonest they could get me in was the next Tuesday; though, this was much better than any other doctor I called. Dr. Austin's facilities were wonderful, clean, homey, and just plain nice to be in. I didn't feel like people were watching me (Bright Smiles you could see from the "waiting room" all the way to the back wall and all of the "exam rooms" in between). The assistant listened to everything I had to say about my previous experience and what I would like done. The doctor was patient, friendly, and knew what he was talking about. He answered all of my questions without me even needing to ask them. Anything I did ask, he answered. He explained the process of the numbing and fillings and made it as painless as possible. It took maybe 1.5 hours for the entire check in, procedure, and check out process. Dr. Austin's second opinion about the crown ($500 at BS(DU)FD even with my insurance - a $1000 procedure without insurance) was that he would never have even noticed that the old filling had any problems or believed that something would need to be done about it even remotely soon. (Seems like BS(DU)FD just wants to make a pretty penny.) Although the prices for Dr. Austin were a little more than I would like to spend for my teeth, I would much rather pay two times what I expected for a much better experience. Finally, Dr. Austin explained that wisdom teeth are extremely unpredictable. I should be fine, though I might have minor pain - oralgel would help with the discomfort until insurance could cover the procedure. I would definitely recommend him to any and everyone.

What a great dental office!! I moved to Dr. Austin when my wonderful dentist retired a couple of years ago. I didn’t think I would ever find anyone I liked as much as my last dentist, but I was pleasantly surprised. Not only are they professional and skillful, they use the latest technology, which saved me time and money when I had a crown done. The Doctor and his assistants are the BEST. I highly recommend.

Nice clean practice. I was only in for a cleaning and xray. Austin and his staff were friendly and professional. I have been to a lot of good dentists over the years and he is just as good as the rest. Only 'criticism' is that the waiting area could be more 'child friendly.' There were a few things kids could play with, but dentists usually have a few more.

What attracts me is their front desk.. They know everything about your insurance and EOB.

Love this office location, staff & Dr Austin. No, there aren't many toys for your children to play with but thats okay because the wait is never long. Office is clean, billing questions are answered immediately, hygienists are super friendly & Dr. Austin is knowledgeable & quite candid. I've been going to this office 6-7 years.

I've been a patient since 2009. Always professional and courteous (both Dr. Austin and his staff). Very helpful with any insurance issues that come up. Office is clean and modern with up-to-date equipment, a welcoming place. Very satisfied after every visit.

Got a filling the other day. Very efficient and effective. Have been coming here for quite a few years now. Have always taken good care of me.
