of
all
I've
been
buying
furniture
from
the
big
lots
in
Norman
for
8
years
which
includes
a
full
bedroom
set
including
the
mattress
and
box
springs
and
three
living
room
sets
and
and
4
mattresses.
I
have
not
complained
except
for
the
mattresses
which
all
sag
within
a
year
so
they
did
replace
them.
I
just
replaced
the
mattress.
Then
I
went
ahead
and
purchased
a
new
sectional
and
added
a
600
dollar
recliner.
I
picked
up
the
products
and
when
I
was
unboking
the
sectional
I
noticed
a
rip
that
appears
done
by
a
very
sharp
blade(
I
used
scissors
)
but
what
really
caught
my
attention
was
the
big
gouge
in
the
leather.
That
is
when
I
stopped
and
called
Charlie
who
happens
to
be
the
manager
and
was
told
to
bring
it
back
for
a
replacement.
I
got
the
new
new
one
and
unpacked
it
which
was
perfect
except
for
one
cushion.
I
called
the
next
day
to
get
a
replacement
and
was
told
to
come
by
and
pick
up
a
new
one.
When
I
walked
in
I
was
verbally
attacked
by
Charlie
and
accused
of
intentionally
damaging
the
product.
I'm
return
customer
with
plans
to
also
come
back
and
add
one
more
item
for
another
bedroom
but
after
the
way
I
was
talked
to
and
verbally
talked
to
I
will
never
enter
this
location
and
maybe
not
any
other
store
until
this
piece
of
work
is
completely
gone
and
found
out.
Just
because
he
has
a
bad
attitude
that
doesn't
mean
he
can
take
it
out
against
me.
I
have
spent
thousands
of
dollars
over
the
years
and
he
had
the
nerve
to
tell
me
how
he
has
bent
over
backwards
for
me
which
could
be
true
because
of
the
amount
of
furniture
he
has
had
to
load
in
my
trailer.
Big
lots
have
just
lost
customer
over
one
person's
inflated
ego.
